VRLA battery Bank,360 AH Telec 11986-VVPL-PIPELINE — PART NAME:VRLA SEALED MAINTENANCE FREE BATTERY; INCLUDING BATTERY STAND/CABINET AND ACCESSORIES AS PER SCOPE OF JOB AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION ATTACHED Supply of Battery banks of VRLA 48Volts 2 Volts- 24 nos., 360 AH at CP stations under VVPL.Supply and installation of 2V -24 Nos, 360AH batteries as per technical specifications. Please note that transportation, loading and unloading of new battery bank is also in the scope of vendor. Manpower, tools and tackles required for entire job i.e., inserting the batteries in the existing tray, connections/termination to the batteries circuit is in the scope of vendor.Installation shall include Positioning of Stand, Stand Insulators, Cell Insulators, Leveling, Fixing of Cell number Plates as advised by Engineer-In charge, Interconnection of Cells ( Links Shall be supplied by the Battery Supplier), First Charging, Discharging and Recharging of Battery Bank as recommended by the Manufacturer, Interconnection of Battery Bank with existing Battery Charger as advised by the Officer- In charge.Carry out the charge /discharge cycles at the site using his own Load. HPCL shall not supply the loads etc. Alternatively, vendor may carry out the same at his work location and supply the Battery Bank in fully charged condition. Party has to take a note of the same and the conformance of the same to be given along with the un-priced bid.Capacity test (C10 discharge test) of the battery bank to be carried out at site after installation as part of commissioning. Performance testing shall include Two no of Capacity Testing of each Battery Bank at Eleventh month from the date of installation and Another after six months from the date of warranty completion. Batteries shall be tested under constant discharge current for 10 hrs. of discharge time(C-10) to establish the AH capacity. Replacement of batteries that are not meeting the minimum criteria of IS-1651 & IS- 8320 immediately. AH capacity recorded shall be greater than or equal to the rated AH capacity test. Vendor shall replace all such cells having EDV value less than 1.75 V, free of cost.

Transparent Tubular lead acid batteries of 120AH for UPS purpose. : Supply and installation of 2V -155 Nos transparent tubular lead acid batteries as per technical specifications.
