Attending housekeeping activities inside office premises & open areas with sweeping, cleaning and disposing garbages , sludges etc., in nearest dustbin with a lead of 100 to 150 m etc., attending house keeping works in canteen premises in MDY by engaging mazdoor. Engaging supervisor for supervising the housekeeping works in effective manner required etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Un Skilled Mazdoor Carrying out the house keeping activities as specified below in office premises & open areas on daily basis, inside Marine Dockyard complex and stage- I jetty at PBHC in Port Blair . Inclusive of engaging labourers and providing consumables / materials required for carrying out the house keeping activities etc., complete ( 9 nos. of USM to be engaged for 8 hours )

Un Skilled Mazdoor For attending repair works in water supply lines & pump house with DSS officials / other agency of APWD etc., and other works assigned from time to time as directed by thev SDO & SO ( 2 nos of USM to be engaged for 8 hours). For housekeeping works in canteen premises in MDY in daily basis including cleaning of utensils & other tools , cleaning of floor & walls to keep kitchen & dispensary area neat & tidy etc., and any other physical work that may be assigned from time to time by the DSS & APWD officials ( 1 no. of USM to be engaged for 8 hours )

Semi Skilled Mazdoor For supervising the housekeeping works of MDY complex & stage - I Jetty in PBHC and supervising all repair works being carried out in Marine Dockyard , Marine Community Centre & type -VI Qtr in Marine Hill . (2 nos of SSM to be engaged for 8 hours )

Conveying the waste materials like garbages, debris, wastages etc. Lead upto 15km including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Collection and delivery of raw water water(Drinking purpose) by mechanical transport with water tanker capacity of minimum 10K/l, i/c self mounted water pump of required horse power anddia respectively from various sources to the Dockyard complex anaverage lead of 12Km as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
