Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Diesel Engine driven generating set of 62.5 KVA capacity, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 1500 RPM, AC power supply, with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alternator, mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosures (shall have salient features) modular bolted construction & pure polyester based coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions & for outdoor application/ installation, integrated design thereby facilitating/ easy handling. The design of integral acoustic enclosure shall be approved by National Physical laboratory as per central pollution control board (CPCB) latest regulation / norms with fuel tank, battery & standard accessories, tools & spares as provided by manufacturer including necessary earth work, PCC foundation with Block Masonry & Plastering work as required at site complete all as specified and as directed including following parts & specifications, specified in Srl No 2.01 to 2.06 here-in-after:-

(A) ENGINE- Water cooled diesel engine of 1500 RPM capacity to match the 62.5 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10 % over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running confirming to BS 5514/ IS 10001/ 10002. (B) BRUSH LESS ALTERNATOR (i) Alternator coupled to engine indigenous make through a flexible coupling mounted on sturdy steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation brushless alternator shall be confirming to BS -2613 or relevant of IS-4722/ IS 13364 (ii) Type:- Self excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator. (iii) Rating:- 62.5 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition. (iv) Speed:- 1500 RPM (v) System:- 415 V +/- 2.5 % AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz. (vi) Connection:- 4 wire star connected . (C) CONTROL PANEL The control panel with aluminium bas bar, bottom entry and exit of cable, current transformer, set of control fuses, Multifunctional Meter, it shall display time and date, Volts, Frequency, Current, KW, KWH, PF, RPM, Cumulative Run Hours, Oil Pressure, Coolant Temp, Charging current (DC Amp Meter). Emergency off, factory made floor mounted, totally enclosed, epoxy powder coated suitable for 62.5 KVA DG Set including all necessary operating controlled devices as stated above and MCCBs as out going with protection fuse for panel instruments duly wired with flexible copper conductor cable and cable connection with lugs/thimbles complete as per latest IS/BS complete all as specified and as directed.

(D) ONE SET OF ACCESSORIES COMPRISING OF:- (a) Fuel tank - One No. fabricated with 3 mm thick MS sheet with necessary mild steel structure for mounting the tank higher than the DG set) with piping. Capacity of tank shall be to hold diesel sufficient for 16 hours running at full load, with following features :- (i) Level indicator. (ii) drain plug . (iii) MS class 'C' piping for inlet from pump to tank to engine. (iv) Fuel strainer. (v) Air vent. Notes for Item No 19.00: - (a) RMU shall be IAC AFLR 20 KA/1S tested with gas release from top of the Switchgear to ensure utmost operator and pedestrian safety. Test report (from an STL member Lab) shall be submitted along with drawings of the RMUs. In case the test report is not found suitable, the RMU shall stand liable to be rejected. (b) The Vacuum Bottle shall be of same make as that of RMU to ensure better lift cycle optimization for the RMU. (c) Additional items like Operating handle etc, shall be delivered with the RMU. (d) RMU shall be completely Motorised with all SCADA contacts for monitoring of LBS/VCB(control not required)terminated on a designated Terminal Block for easy take off by the SCADA team for integration in future. Also, motorization of RMUs shall be possible at a later date, if required .Same contacts shall be clearly mapped in the Engineering drawings for approval with designated TB nos. for easy identification and integration.
