Dismantling floor mounted double skin type air handling units of minimum air moving capacity 15000 CFM, removing from site and depositing in MES store yard , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- This item includes the rate for refitting of the 2 row deep heating coil in the new AHU. During extraction of 2 row deep heating from old AHU and refitting in the new AHU in item No-3, any extra cost due to damage/repair to the heating coil will be borne by the contractor.

Note- Heating coil should be dismantled in such a way that no damage occur to the coil and refitted in the new AHU.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built floor mounted double skin type air handling units of minimum air moving capacity 15000 CFM made of 25mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized GI casing of thickness not less than 0.60 mm outside and 0.6 mm thick (minimum) GI sheet inside layer with CFC-FREE P.U insulation of density 42(±5%) kilogram per cubic metre factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with DIDW forward curved fan of 50 mm WG static pressure with TEFC sq. cage induction motor and belt drives. The unit shall consist 6 rows deep cooling coil and should have arrangement of space for refitting of 2 row deep heating coil obtained from item No- 1 as per requirements with aluminium finned (12FPI) copper tubes (tube thickness not less than 0.41mm), filter sections with 50mm thick washable synthetic type pre filters having efficiency 90% down to 10 micron, drain connections with drain valve, insulated stainless steel, plenum drain pan, necessary vibration isolation arrangement, flexible duct connector, for efficient operation of system., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Carrier/Voltas/Bluestar/National/Zeco/ Edgetech. Note- Any modification to the pipe line, inlet/outlet duct, ceiling structure or B&R work and foundation of plinth includes in this item. Before placing the order, the contractor should ensure that extracted 2 row deep heating coil from Srl item No- 1 can be fitted in the new AHU. Before placing the order, the drawing should be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge and Garrison Engineer.
