Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables, poles, stay and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F double wall corrugated high density polymer ethyl (HDPE) pipe for laying of electric cable of size 50mm outer diameter and 38mm inner diameter with IS 14930 (part 2):2001 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F double wall corrugated high density polymer ethyl (HDPE) pipe for laying of electric cable of size 63mm outer diameter and 51mm inner diameter with IS 14930 (part 2):2001 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F double wall corrugated high density polymer ethyl (HDPE) pipe for laying of electric cable of size 90mm outer diameter and 76mm inner diameter with IS 14930 (part 2):2001 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable LT cable of any size from trenches/ walls / floor etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Laying of cable route is same as old cable route.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 sq mm, 3.5 core including testing after laid and jointed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, cable protection shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F LED street light luminaires of capcity 60 watts with pressure die cast aluminium housing heat resistance toughened glass, IP 66 protection complete with driver, 1.2 mtrs suitable size GI bracket,1.5 sqmm 3 core multistranded copper wire for connection from street light fitting to junction box, fixing with 30x5mm flat iron clamps nuts, bolts, washers and fixing accessories including taking down old unserviceable fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED street light luminaires of capcity 45 watts with pressure die cast aluminium housing heat resistance toughened glass, IP 66 protection complete with driver, 1.2 mtrs suitable size GI bracket,1.5 sqmm 3 core multistranded copper wire for connection from street light fitting to junction box, fixing with 30x5mm flat iron clamps nuts, bolts, washers and fixing accessories including taking down old unserviceable fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 30 x 5 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch/control board upto 7.5m away from the earth electrode including excavation earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab char coal, watering pipe, wire mesh lugs, earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore, light grade 7.5m long as applicable and as per plate No. 5 of SSR 2009 complete all as specified and directed. (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil. (b) Drilling of holes in electrode. (c) PCC pit in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1. (d) 40 mm thick Pre-cast RCC cover with suitable handle. (e) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore, medium grade & copper lug etc. (f) 40mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 7.50 m long for protection of earthing lead. (g) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt. (h) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion.

S&F heat shrinkable straight through cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 to 185 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Any excavation and earth work, returning and filling, removing involved shall be measured and paid separately.

Make:- Hensel Cat No. K 9255 or equivalent in Neptune / Cape.

S&F thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55/IP65 with metric knockout for cable entry fixing on pole with MS clamps, nut bolts, washers, terminal block and glands suitable for 16/25 Sq mm core cable complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Hensel Cat No. K 9502 or equivalent in Neptune / Cape.

S&F LED driver for 60W LED street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED driver for 45W LED street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED driver for 25/30W LED street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED Surge protector for LED street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concreate 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copping of pole including necessary form work weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating exposed surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable LT panel of any size complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of LT panel board / feeder pillar box, outdoor cubicle type, vermin proof, dust proof (of CPRI approved manufacturer), fixed on 50x50x5mm MS angle iron frame fixed 300mm above ground level and 450mm below the ground level grouted in and including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and plane made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet for both outer shell and 2.00mm thick for inner shell both side openable supported on and including ISMC 75 x 40mm powder coated steel frame and totally powder coated with epoxy siemen, grey colour from inside and outside with locking arrangement and fixing arrangement i.e nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc, with naturally air cooled epoxy insulated aluminium busbar TPN suitable for 300 Amps with detachable gland plate for incoming and outgoing cable including termination of cable ends both incoming and outgoing with sufficient working space inside complete, suitable size to accommodate and consisting of the following items complete all as specified and directed. (a) Busbar chamber for 3 phase & neutral of capacity 300 Amps (30mm x 10mm) aluminium bus bar duly insulated. (b) Multifunctioning meter to measure Voltage, ampere, KWH, PF -1 Nos.
