TTPS Operation Circle CAD ACWPH I Inspection, checking of supply and return pipe lines of bearing cooling water, arresting leakages and assisting the shift engineer in all activities at Auxiliary Cooling Water Pump House-I by recording the parameters

Charges for Checking the water leakage, removal of fly ash and coal powder deposited over the pipe in 600 mm dia of bearing cooling supply & return line of Unit - I, II & III and TWAD board water supply line in GLR I, II & III (Approx. 2600 Mtrs) and 200 mm dia pipe from GLR - I to OHT - I & II (Apprx.800 Mtrs) and 300 mm dia pipe from clarified water pump house to DM plant (Apprx. 800 Mtrs), 450 mm dia pipe apprx.80 Mtr, 500 mm dia pipe aprx. 300 mtrs & 150 mm dia pipe. Arresting the water leakage in above pipe lines at various height with safety equipments by providing leak arresting clamps to avoid the generation loss in and around the clock.

Charges for operating and maintenance work for assisting the shift engineer in all operation activities at ACWPH - I. Recording the parameters of ACW pumps in register at regular intervals. Checking the vibration & heat driven and non-drive end bearing areas and checking the suction & discharge pressure of running ACW pumps at regular intervals, checking the trough water level before and after of filtermesh cleaning and operating the storm water pump at the time of unexpected emergency or heavy rain. checking the flow of ACW water in spray nozzle at cooling tower. In case of ACW pumping failure operating the emergency cooling line valves near MPM-I area for safeguard the running compressors, pumps, ID fan, FD fan to avoid loss of generation and also watching the trough level in Unit - I, II & III if any below level noticed operating the makeup valve and maintaing the trough water level to required level. (For One shift)
