DEMOLITION AND DISMANTLING Taking down or dismantling of sanitary fittings and water connections and taps like WHB, WC, Pillar tap, bib tap, stop cock, angle cock, shower rose, connection pipes, like etc

Taking down existing MCB DB of any type/make complete with discconecting of all electric wires and removing of all MCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing Main LT panel of any type/make with discconecting all electric connection with removing of MCCB, MCB, relays, digital meters, etc. and keep in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down storage type electric water heater (Geyser) 25 Ltrs capacity of any make/model/type from existing wall after disconnecting of electric connection and water pipe connections complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY S& F Concealed stop cock 25 mm dia with wall flange screwed both ends for iron pipes/fitting including necessary fittings like CPVC Tee, nipple etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz, cubicle type, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and suitable sized angle iron and flat duly powder coated painting and shall be any CPRI approved manufacturer as approved by GE. SEAWGE DISPOSAL M & L for laying of DWCPE sewage pipes line 150 mm dia bore pipe sftiffness class SN 8 including sealimg of joints fittings etc complete with collers complte all as spcified and directed

ARBORICULTURE Supply and spreading of good quality agricultural soil free from stones, rubbish like lumps, roots, and other foreign materials to a uniform thickness of 15 cm including watering, spreading mixed with organic manure in the ratio 4:1 and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for growing hedges in the perimeter in size 30 cm width and 30 cm height with DURANTA or any other approved sampling by GE which gives a dense and thick appearance including cutting and shaping complete all as directed.

M&L for digging upto max 0.50m depth and refilling with good quality garden soil mixed with organic maure of best quality in the ratio 4:1 and planting of ornamental tress like Fox tail palms, Bottle palms (height min 10 ft) or other exotic type trees as approved by GE including watering, shaping etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting of lawn with Bermuda grass having adequate developed roots, after providing anti-termite treatment to the filled soil including watering and shaping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Daily maintenance of garden features (trees, shrubs, hedges/edges, lawn, seasonal flower etc) like hoeing, de-weeding, pruning, watering, mowing of lawn, upkeep and maint of potted plants, loading/unloading of carriages, removal of garden rubbish etc and spraying of insecticides, pesticides, organic fertilizers etc complete all as specifeid and directed.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING M & L online filter 150 mm dia inlet and out let for rainwater harvesting

M & L for borehole drilling 300 mm to 350 mm to insert 200 mm dia perforated casing pipe for percolation of rainwater to ground water table for recharging purpose below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder including MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc. Note:- Supply and inserting casing pipe shall be measured and paid separately.
