Disconnecting HT supply and taking out trolley of SF6 Circuit breaker 33 KV indoor type 630 Amps and servicing of trolley by cleaning isolating contacts , removing dust particles from Bus bar chamber and Spout gear mechanism and moving parts lubricating moving parts repair/replacement of parts testing as mentioned below and system complete all as specified and directed . Note: (i) Measurment of resistance value, tools , labour, petroleum jelly , dry cloths, nut -boltsare, CRC, washers etc incl in the quoted rates. (ii) Contractor will provide company authorised dealer/service centre test / representative test report of internal resistance of breaker and operating time. (iii) Primary and secondery injection test to be carried out without any extra cost to department.

Supply and fixing of combined over current and earth fault numerical relay with input current and auxiliary voltage V incl complete installation in 33 kV RMU panel, complete connections and testing at 33 KV sub stations all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Relay will be fixed in existing HT panel incl cutting , welding, drilling or any other suitable means or will be fixed in separate cabinet without any extra cost to department (ii) All type of wires required for proper connection will be provided by contractor without any extra cost to department. (iii) Proper functioning and testing will be carried out without any extra cost to department.

M&L for replacement of AC Ammeter of size suitable for existing ampmeter with input 0 -1 AAC and range 0 - 40 AAC with CTR 40/1A Aux supply 230 V ; 50 Hz complete incl all connections and programme setting in existing 33 KV main incoming Panel all as specified and as directed.

M&L for detecting of fault in HT UG cable any size with fault locator equipment to locate the fault in HT cable of length not less than 50 RM . Note :- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item (b) Charges of cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 1000/- per day. (d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevent item. However necessary earth work cable cutting , joint making Joint will be paid under relevant item.

Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer at site by centifugal dehydration machine till to achieve Di-electric strength 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - (i) Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost of Govt (ii) Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-charge at his own expenses.

Supply and pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (Latest revision) for transformers installed at various site or in repair for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge, Container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of conract.

Supply and fixing in replacement for non-metal part HV bushing complete with packing for outdoor/indoor/canopy type power transformer (33 /11 kV) of capacity 1000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT, brass bush rod of suitable size for outdoor type power transformer (33 /11 kV) of capacity 1000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement for non-metal part HV bushing complete with packing for outdoor/indoor/canopy type distribution transformer (11 /0.433 kV)of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT, brass bush rod of suitable size for indoor type distribution transformer (11 /0.433 kV) of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement for non-metal part LV bushing with packing for outdoor/indoor/canopy type distribution transformer (11 /0.433 kV) of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT bush rod made of brass of suitable size for outdoor/indoor/canopy type distribution transformer (11 /0.433 kV) of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of breather transparent type suitable for step down distribution transformers of capacity upto 400 KVA with silica Jel complete all as per specification and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of breather transparent type suitable for step down distribution transformers of capacity of 1000 KVA with silica jel complete all as per specification and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0mm dia at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire and arrangement of watering pipe incl PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing and dismantling ,taking down old unser earthing all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator, PCC earth Pit, CI frame ,RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh are incl in quoted rate and watering pipe, earth lead protection pipe, test poit, earth lead exceeding 7.5 mt shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in repair of Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or fixed on wall with porcelain insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4 mm GI strip complete all as specified and directed .

Opening the transformer cover along with the conservator by removing the nuts bolts then after removing the internal H.T. & L.T. connections by taking them out by removing studs, bushings, taking out the core-winding assembly out of the tank of transformers having ratio 11/0.433 KV, draining & decanting of transformer oil and cleaning of sludge deposited in the tank with CTC for the transformers. Heating of core winding assembly in hot chamber for 48 hours and removing all the moisture present in it, removal of leakage of tank if any by welding, refilling transformer oil to tank, after putting the core-winding assembly into the tank, reassembling, making the internal HT & LT connections by fixing the studs, bushing, fitting the top cover by replacing cork sheet gasket along with conservator, testing the transformer in the workshop duly filled with oil including transportation from site to workshop and back all as directed for various capacities as under:- Note : - Item will be executed after board proceeding conveyed by Garrison Engineer in presence of competent checking authority.

(a) Above 250KVA upto 400 KVA

Supply only super enamelled copper winding wire/ strip of any size for H.T. coils of transformers all as specified.

Supply only copper winding strip of any size for L.T. coils of transformers including providing insulation all as required.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 1,09,925.00
