Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of latest model manual inspection conveyor system complete in all respect having following technical specifications below:

a)Belt: The conveyer shall be provided with food quality PVC endless belt supported at both ends on rubber covered pulley.The suitable belt tension adjustment is to be provided. There should be belt cleaning arrangement at bottom side of discharge end of conveyer.

b) Required Length: minimum 4000mm , Width: 800mm , Height: 1000mm

c)Power Source: 2.0 HP ,three phase ,star rated,variable speed geared motor

d) Construction: SS 304 construction

The work includes all machine foundation work at site& required connection cables & control panel installation work complete in all respect as per make approved by Engineer in charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of latest model vegetable washing machine complete in all respect having following technical specifications below:

a)'Capacity: 2 TPH

b) The washing process is firstly by air agitation to remove the dirt & then surface contaminants through soaking vegetables in the water.The equipment should have SS 304 feed tank with perforated sheet for easy cleaning & mintenance.There should be Automatic chemical dosing pump with controller to maintain the wash chemical composition.

c) Belt conveyer system: There should be food grade modular conveyer system with cleats for easy pick up of vegetables with provison of SS 304 water spray pump with nozzle arrangement on top of conveyer.There should be 2 number of 3 HP ring blower with air nozzle headers for powerful agitation.

d) Required Dimensions(minimum ): 5.1 mtr length,1.3 mtr width, 1.5 mtr height
