Taking down unserviceable , faulty LT underground cable from trenches, wall, floor etc & removing to store for safe custudy all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor, laid in tranches passing through pipes /ducts including suitable size of cable lugs & gland and testing on completion of 3.5 Core, 50 Sq. mm cross sectional area and size.

- ditto - All as per Item No. 2 but 3.5 Core, 35 Sq. mm cross sectional area and size.

- ditto - All as per Item No.2 but of 4 core 10 sqmm cross sectional area and size.

- ditto - All as per Item No.2 but of 2 core 10 sqmm cross sectional area and size.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cable, RCC poles / stays and struts etc. and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for high density polyethylene double wall corrugated HDPE pipe of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of size 50 mm suitable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

SUPPLY & FIX PVC junction box of size inside dimenssion 250x200x105 mm complete with industrial connector, including clamp made out of MS flat iron 30x5 mm , including suitable size of MCB as specified & directed.

Taking down of street light bracket including clamps of any type/any size from pole/wall including necessary nuts & bolts as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication and installation of GI pipe bracket made of medium frade tubing of size 40mm dia duly bended by hot forging after filling of sand, length 1.20 mtr including two pairs of MS flat strip clamps 30 x 5mm with GI bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix PVC insulated 2 core 1.5 sqmm multistranded Copper conductor on pole for security light from junction box to street light fitting including making necessary hole on surface of pole for insertion of 3 core pvc cable inside the pole upto street light fitting as specified & directed. etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs power contactors ML-3 , 3 pole rating not less than 40A , 230 coil. All as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs AlphaRex3 digital time switches D-22 astro ,multifunctional digital time switches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized earth lead 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia connected to main earth wire on pole or control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion Note : The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI earth wire 4.00mm dia from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB 4 pole , 415V, adjustable type 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB 4 pole , 415V, adjustable type 100 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs cable jointing kit of size 4 core 16 sqmm to 50 sqmm all as specified and directed.

NOTE : - AMOUNT OF SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Rs. 41,270.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL AMOUNT OF BOQ.
