M150 classbrick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand (2.2 fm) in foundation in plinth including supply of all material labour T&P etc with sifting of material as per S.I.No 305.

PCC 1:4:8 nominal mix in foundation with crushed sand stone 40mm nominal sise mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing .MORT&H SI No 12.04 Ch6

Laying Cement concrete consisting of in 1:2:4 with cement,coarse sand and 20mm stone grit over prepared sub grade after its rectification and bringing it to proper camber and including supply of labour material T&P etc. as per S.I No. 279a.

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar including all charges etc. as S.I. No. 20 Ch 6
