M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 25 cm X 25 cm X 22 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 around sunken floor/ slab mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction all as specified. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M & L for preparation, laying and testing of elastomeric bituminous coating system based on bituminous emulsion, polymer and additive conforming to ASTM C 836 (“Dr. Fixit Solyseal" or equivalent of M/s Fosroc, M/s STP Limited) over the substrate including application of one coat of primer (solyseal 1 : water 1) followed by two coats of solyseal applied @ 0.90 kg/sqm/coat sandwiched with open woven glass fibre of mesh 2 mm X 2 mm or PE based spun bound fabric of 40 gsm complete as per manufacturer specification in sunken portion and as specified.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction all as specified. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M & L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and applying APP modified bituminous water proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement and plain finish of 3 mm thick (not less than 3.8 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25° C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc. and including applying bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.125 Kg / sqm on finished APP surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F factory made solid PVC single door frame (chowkhat) of size 100 mm X 50 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (+0.25 mm), made out of extruded 5 mm (+0.25) mm thick PVC sheet and by joining 3 Nos. heat moulded PVC Sections. The inside section of size 90 mm X 30 mm shall be made from plain colour PVC Sheet of 5 mm (+0.25) thickness. The inside section will be covered by sticking two sections of size 35 mm X 35 mm and 65 mm X 45 mm made out of with 5 mm thick plain PVC sheet. The frame shall be mitre cut at two corners & joined with 4 Nos. of 150 mm long 'L' brackets of 15 mm X 15 mm mild steel tube by fusion heat welding process. The two vertical doors frames are to be reinforced with 40 mm X 20 mm mild steel tube of 19 gauge throughout the frame. The Door Frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100 mm fishcher screws. A minimum of 4 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 Nos. for horizontal member etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification& direction of Engineer in charge.

S & F factory made solid PVC double door frame (chowkhat) of size 120 mm X 50 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (+0.25 mm), made out of extruded 5 mm (+0.25) mm thick PVC sheet and by joining 3 Nos. heat moulded PVC Sections. The inside section of size 110 mm X 30 mm shall be made from plain colour PVC Sheet of 5 mm (+0.25) thickness. The inside section will be covered with 5 mm thick PVC sheet “C” shape covering section of size 120 mm X 35 mm. At center top position 15 mm thick & 50 mm wide pattam section should be pasted with solvent cement adhesive to make double pattam of frame. The frame shall be mitre cut at two corners & joined with 4 Nos. of 150 mm long 'L' brackets of 15 mm X 15 mm mild steel tube by fusion heat welding process. The two vertical doors frames are to be reinforced with 40 mm X 20 mm mild steel tube of 19 gauge throughout the frame. The Door Frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100 mm fishcher screws. A minimum of 4 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 Nos. for horizontal member etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification& direction of Engineer in charge.

S & F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) with particle board core, with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick Moulded prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2 mm prelam colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S & F factory made wire gauzed panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (stile) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top & bottom rails. Mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. The panel will be of wire gauze. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8 mm MS solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top & bottom rails. Mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with 5 mm X 15 mm PVC sheet beading and decorative PVC beading of 10 mm X 10 mm (90⁰) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frames of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter as per IS 15931: 2012 with 19 gauge thickness mild steel tube and tapering 20 mm in 45⁰ angle on both sides forming styles and on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and on both sides to form lock rail complete all as specified and as directed.
