M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius using old size brick built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copping on brick drains including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (inner girth only measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in ,including spreading ,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished material to a disitance of 3km complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-Cast cement concrete cover slab type B-1 1:2:4 set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars of 10mm cut to length,bent to shape rerquired,including ceranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with the the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Carefully Taking of existing steel gate of size 4.5m*3.10m including repairing and refixing in position of new or old column with including necessary hold fast,pintel,nut,bolts and cutting in position of hold fast which are required in renovating and refixing in position of gate complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforcement concrete column(below and above ground level) of any description and any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement motor of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of plane cement concrete of any description and any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC M25 as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for RCC M25 as in column, pillars,piers,post and struts filling mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for TMT bars of 5mm dia and over upto including 10mm dia in stirrups,spacers and binders binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out concrete blocks,slabs, brickwork stone masonry (in alternatecourse), forming toothings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work,including new materials entering old wall complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for drain finished surface complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars,posts,struts,piers,columns and stanchions for rough finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Three coat white wash on walls over new prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Two Coat Synthetic enamel paint over prepared old painted surface complete all as specifed.
