M30 Cement Concrete M 30 Design Mix using ordinary portland cement with water cement ratio not exceeding 0.45 including plasticizer etc for all RCC works namely TEE, ELL or rectangular beams, lingtel, parapet cum drops, waist and landing slab, canophy, circular column, fin projects, sunshades, window boxing slab, slab and other similar works using 20mm gauge down graded hard broken stone jelly excluding the cost and fabriation of reinforcement grills, shuttering and centering but including vibrating, laying, curing, finishing etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

In foundation & basement

Ground floor

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in foundation and basement for RCC raft slab, beams, column footings, plinth beams, steps etc., using suitable MS sheets of BG 10 stiffened with welded suitable MS angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boardings supported by casurina props 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc.,complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing form work for foundation etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

For plane surfaces such as Rcc Roof slab, beams,Lintels,bet blocks,landing slab, portico slab, beeams etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing form work in SMALL QUANTITY etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in CM 1:6 using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick including curing etc. complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing three coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and fixing of outdoor type 11KV 5 way Schneider Ring Main Unit (RRL) with the necessary Specifications including Charges towards transport of RMU, loading, unloading & positioning including crane charges, Pre commission testing & co-ordination with MRT,etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Specifications

i).Battery: Should be 24V, 26AH, SMF Type with TANGEDCO approved Make of M/s. Exide Industries ltd,Hosur & M/s. Amara Raja Batteries Ltd,Tirupati, instead of 24V,12Ah. 1. Fault Passage Indicator : Should be Provided with self reset type as follows: Phase Fault Thresholds Configurable from 200A to 625A Earth Fault Thresholds Configurable from 40A to 100A (Number of Steps for adjusting Phase & Earth Fault Thresholds at least 4) Fault Current duration range Configurable from 40ms to 500ms in 20ms steps. 2. Protection Relay : Should be as follows : i). Phase Over Current Settings range : 10-200% in steps of 1% ii). Earth Fault Current Settings range : 10-80% in steps of 1% iii).Instantaneous Phase Over Current Settings range : 100-2000% in steps of 100% iv).Instantaneous Earth Fault Current Settings range : 100-1200% in steps of 100% . v).Time Multiplier Setting (TMS) Should be adjustable from 0.01 to 1 in steps of 0.01 3. Modem : GPRS Modem Should be Provided as Per TANGEDCO Specifications. 4. Feeder Remote Terminal Units (FRTU) : The FRTU Should be Provided as per TANGEDCO Specifications. The FRTU has to be mounted inside RMU / Marshalling Cabinet in a closed chamber with ease of access. The FRTU shall be compatible for upload/download configurations from Remote. The MV/LV station remote interface (FRTU) shall include all the functions required to monitor and control MV Cubicles in the MV/LV and MV/MV stations either locally or from remote. 5.Multi Function Transducers (MFT) : 24V DC with 0.2S Class MFTs Should be Provided for all Scada remote Functions as Per TANGEDCO Specifications.

Supplying,laying,welding and connecting 40mm dia 3m long solid MS Rod in open fashion for earth pit with suitable clamping arrangements. complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying,laying and welding 50 x 6mm. GI flat in open fashion with necessary clamps,screws, etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying,laying and welding 25 x 6mm. GI flat in open fashion with necessary clamps,screws, etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & installation of suitable size RMU base frame including transport. complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & installation of cable ladder for HT and LT cables with neutral insulators of size 10ft & 12ft x 300 mm W & 25x6 MS foot for every 450mm complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & installation of copper lightening spike. complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & termination of 11Kv HT cable termination kits. complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying , fabricating and fixing in position of PVC coated 8 gauge chain link Wire mesh fencing fixed along with 75mm dia GI Pole pipes measuring 3.0m high from toe wall for ever 3m interval and 0.75m insert in the 0.25x0.25x0.45 m below ground level of the transformer yard at all levels with the provision of door opening of the required size & profile consisting of channels, angles, runners, insert plates, flats and sag rods with necessary sleeves, bolts and nuts, pipes, embedding the poles in concrete etc including earthwork, PCC 1:5:10 cutting, straightening, welding as per standards of connection including consumables etc as complete. Rate shall include preparation of surface, applying two coats of Zinc chromate/ Phosphate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
