Dismantling Unserviceable Steel Gate including Nuts,Bolts etc of any size and in any Position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Mild Steel Wires of any size and in any Position, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Each Line Mild Steel Wire to be measured for Payment.

Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel Framed Work such as Steel Doors or Gates of Angle or other Sections with Gusset Plate, Rails, Braces, etc., drilled for fixing of Steel Sheeting or other Covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either Hooks and Hinges or Steel Hanging Door Fittings (exclusive of Steel Sheeting or other Covering, Running Rails and Guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe-410-W, (Gde E-165),quality A, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.60 mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc as required and completed.

S&F Mild Steel Rolling Wheel 250mm to 300mm dia (minimum weight 18.00 KILOGRAM) suitable for Steel Blast Pen Gates including Taking down existing Rolling Wheel with Steel Gate and Steel Gate to be refixed after replacing Rolling Wheel for Smooth, Free Movement of Gates with necessary Adjustment, welding, drilling of all Minor Parts viz Nuts, Bolts, Rods, Flat Iron, Angle Iron, Guide Rail, Ball Bearing, etc, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Steel Blast Pen Gate area exc 25 SQUARE METRE but not exc 35 SQUARE METRE Each (approximately). New Wheel shall have extended groove as required.

M&L Repairs/Maintenance to Mild Steel Bariers moving on Rollers over PTT, Cleaning of Tracks, Oiling/ Greasing of all Moving Parts of Mild Steel Bariers and making Serviceable for Free Movement of Barier including replacement/adjustment, welding, drilling, etc. of all Minor Parts (viz Nuts, Bolts, Rods, Flat Iron, Angle Iron, Guide Rail, Ball Bearing, etc. of Mild Steel Barier, area exc. 25 SQUARE METRE but not exc. 35 SQUARE METRE Each (approximately) and Work carried out on Monthly basis, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Taking down carefully Mild Steel Blast Pen Gate, area exc. 25 SQUARE METRE but not exc. 35 SQUARE METRE Each (approximately) with using Hydra/Crane, Tractor, etc., keep aside for re-fixing in Position after fixing Rolling Wheel including necessary adjustment, welding, drilling of all Minor Parts viz Nuts, Bolts, Rods, Flat Iron, Angle Iron, Guide Rail, Ball Bearing, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Running Welding in Repairs, Thickness of Metal to be welded exc. 9.0mm but not exc. 20mm and not exc. 2.5 Cm in Length for Steel Gate, Windows, Fencing Post, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plain Mild Steel Wire 4.0mm dia, Galvanised Class 3, in detached Work such as for Mosquito Nets, fixing to straining Bolts, Hooks, Eyes, etc. including Taking down unserviceable Wires, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Each Line Mild Steel Wire to be measured for Payment.

Tightening of existing loose Plain Mild Steel Wire 4.0mm dia and fixing to straining Bolts, Hooks, Eyes, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Each Line Mild Steel to be measured for Payment.

M&L Rendering (Internal) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering (External) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls/Concrete Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Old Decorated/Treated Surfaces of Ceiling of any description and applying One Coat of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying Three Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Old Decorated/Treated Surfaces of Wall of any description and applying One Coat of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing New or previously untreated/Painted Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer(in Camoufalge/Plain Pattern as ordered) with approved tint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing New or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Old previously treated/Painted Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer(in Camoufalge/Plain Pattern as ordered) with approved tint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Old Treated/Painted Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), complete all as specified and as directed.
