RequiredI. PAN Card issued by Income Tax Department, GOVT OF INDIA.
RequiredII. Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee (for balance amount as prescribed) from any of the Commercial Banks against EMD.
RequiredIII. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD. (As per performa at Page No. 22)
RequiredIV. Enlistment Order of Buildings and Roads category of CPWD Contractor.
RequiredV. GST registration Certificate OR undertaking
RequiredVI. Contractors contact Mobile number and E mail ID on a separate sheet.
RequiredVII. Valid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate the contractor having valid electrical license of appropriate class.
RequiredVIII. ERP training Certificate. (Note The enlisted contractor will not be allowed to participate in the tendering process without uploading the certificate of ERP training w.e.f. 01.07.2024.)
RequiredIX. An undertaking that confirms I/We has/have read GENERAL CONDITIONS (S.No. 26, and 27 at Page 28) Minimum Quality Assurance Plan (S.No. 4 and 5 at Page No. 44) and Electrical TERMS AND CONDITIONS carefully and understand the financial implication on account of these and have quoted our rate accordingly.
RequiredX. I /We undertake that I/we have read the NIT thoroughly especially T and P Items (at Page No. 60) to be maintained at site through out the execution period.
