M&L for roof trusses (framed, purlins or rafters of Fe 410W (grade E-250 quality A)) including distance pieces and cleats, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick designer ceiling board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions, laid over and including hot dipped galvanised iron in post grid with 24mm wide T section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanised steel sheet of size 24 x 32 x 300mm spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall flush fittings of 1200mm long screws Tee with (double stiching) to interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to centre from 1200 x 600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm modules to be formed by fittings 600mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick galvanised steel of size 19 x 19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per insturctions including dismantling of existing board with cover fillets etc, complete all as specified and directed.
