REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF SANITARY FITTING, INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINES AND OTHER CONNECTED B/R ITEMS IN VARIOUS BUILDINGS IN THE AREA OF AGE BR - II UNDER GE(A) SURATGARH AT SURATGARH MIL STN

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of ceiling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surface of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion white/tinted over a coat of appropirate primer over including a layer of acrylic wall putty to achieve desired smoothness and eveness complete by hand roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjjoining vertical surfaces as specified under :- (a) Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion. (b) Preparation sunken surfaces by cleaning of and removal of loose concrete (c) Filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent in Forsoc and other approved make (d) Applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Bath seal WPC in suken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete LW + @ 220ML per bag of cement (e) Applying mix of of DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP in the ratio 1:1:5 on floor and vertical surface of sunken portion as per manufacturers instructions complete (f) Filling with P:C:C 1:5:10 Type-E2 using 40 mm graded brick aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (f) 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces as in sunken portion, with Neeru finish complete. Note: The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type, low level flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity white, with inlet, ball valve, float including brackets and flush pipe 32mm dia connections to pies pvc connection 450mm long an fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm including brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand, brass chromium plated perforated waste coupling/ fittings 32 mm dia with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 32 mm Bottle trap of PTMT having minimum water seal of 25mm .(Minimum weight 32mm-260gms/ 40mm-270 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair 15 mm bore cast copper alloy, bib tap with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.
