Excavation in post holes or similar holes each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning filling or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layars not exceding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil.

M & L for mild steel rolled sections and jack rafters, purline where connected to common rafters and running rails where verticle section are welded in wall surface with plates & other veriticle sections are fixed in ground level embedded in concrete and horizotal section fixed in wall with bolt completely, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Gde Fe 410 w Gde (E-250) Quality B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specified provided for.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base 50 mm thick.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 40 mm thick as in floor with even and smooth finishing without using extra cement including 38 mm size 3 mm thick glass dividing strip as directed by Engineer-in-chare.

Cutting chases, pining in, making good to facings where required and pointing in CM (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, linels, etc and making good, cutting etc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm girth in stone concrete block/slab walls.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on block walling surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of newly plasted surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete in (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling or mass concrete or simillar work all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 & Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M & L for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently,without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) for horizontal as well as vertical member confirming to grade St.-240 & Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality all as specified and directed

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F Rolled mild steel plates as in guesset plates, base plates etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel bolts purpose made, with hexangonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 30 cm but n.exc 50 cm long dia of n.exc 12 over 20 mm complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mm wide n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, drains, manholes etc n.exc 10 Sqm in plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil.

M & L for PCC in foundation, filling and mass concrete type D2 (1:4:8) Using 40 mm grade stone aggregate.

M & L for PCC solid block masonry exc 10 cm width blocks of C5 mix set in cm (1:6) complete and specified as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described including prepartion of new surface including prime coat all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as for ornamental and intrcate desigh grill,gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and or riverted or forged into spikers, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165.

Returning,filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 above the starting points.
