Carrying out “A” Check maintenance of serviceable DG Sets as per manufacturer’s instruction and as given below for 7.5 KVA to 82.5 KVA, all available DG Set in Power House and Pump House at U area in Sukna Mil Stn complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES:- i) "A" check maintenance shall include:- a) Checking of oil level b) Checking cleaniness of DG set and cleaning the same c) Checkng battery voltage d) Checking any leakage e) Checking all filter condition f) Checking coolant level g) Checking 'V' belt condition ii) DG set of any capacity as and when required to be maintained.

Carrying out “B” Check maintenance of serviceable DG Sets as per manufacturer’s instruction and as given below (after running of 250 to 300 Hours) for 7.5 KVA and 50 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- i) "B" check maintenance shall include:- a) Changing of oil b) Changing oil filter, fuel filter, bypass filter & gasket c) Changing Air filter d) Removing water from water separator ii) Supply only spares, components, engine oil etc, for carrying out “B” check maintenance shall be measured and paid separately.

Carrying out “B” Check maintenance of serviceable DG Sets as per manufacturer’s instruction and as given below (after running of 250 to 300 Hours) for 50 KVA and 82.5 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- i) "B" check maintenance shall include:- a) Changing of oil b) Changing oil filter, fuel filter, bypass filter & gasket c) Changing Air filter d) Removing water from water separator ii) Supply only spares, components, engine oil etc, for carrying out “B” check maintenance shall be measured and paid separately.

Carrying out “C” Check maintenance of serviceable DG Sets as per manufacturer’s instruction (after running of 800 to 1500 Hours) for 7.5 KVA to 50 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- i) "C" check maintenance shall include:- a) Changing of oil b) Changing oil filter, fuel filter, bypass filter & gasket c) Changing Air filter d) Removing water from water separator e) Cleaning of radiator with chemical incl supply of chemical f) Checking of all electrical terminals & thimbles g) Engine injector setting h) Changing gasket for piston head ii) Supply only spares, components, engine oil etc, for carrying out “C” check maintenance shall be measured and paid separately. iii) Make: Kirloskar Cummins

Taking out alternator assembly from the base of DG Set incl disconnection of cable for carrying out routine maint /major repair at out side workshop in the following phase of work for 62.5/82.5 KVA DG Set installed at Power House / Pump House of U Area i) Transportation of alternator from Power House / Pump House to outside Workshop. ii) Dismantling of alternator assembly, removing of all dust, carbon particle etc from from housing , removing burnt /damaged winding of field coil/stator assembly, rotor/armature assembly,cleaning of Exitor unit using carbon Tetra Chloride & blowing of forced air. iii) Carrying out rewinding by super enamelled copper wire and varnishing and heating of field/stator coil and Rotor/armature assembly using class "E/H (as applicable) insulating varnish ( Dr BECK ) incl necessary partial replacement of insulating materials viz, insulated cotton tape, fiber glass tape, Empire tubes of different size insulating board/ packing/ separator materials all as required and as directed by Engineer- in Charge as per existing arrangement. iv) Carrying out testing of alternator after assembling with Engine all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Eng-in- Charge.

M & L in repair for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 32 x 6 mm galvanized iron strip, buried in ground or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire of 4 sqmm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. Supply of LT bus bar panel board "out-door Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT panel board "out-door type" of size 900 mm (height) x 750 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI approved with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable & 4 side slanting canopy on roof top. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned double Al bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating.

The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting frame made out of 50X50X5 mm angle iron & MC 100 channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation necessary earthwork and including the following accessories. BUS BARS AND INTERNAL CONNECTIONS : The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos aluminiume conductor size 25X6, 350 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves & rigidly mounted on suitable sized "F" class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus-bars to switch gears etc. PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry/exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incomming & out-going cables. INCOMING :- MCCB 4P (Ics = 100% Icu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit & adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 25 KA of rating 250 A - 01 Nos. (a) Spreader Link - 01 Set (b) Indicator lamp with integral circuit (230/240V) & cluster LED (Red, Orange, Blue) - 01 Set. (c) Danger notice plate of size 20 x 15 cm of 1.6mm thick mild-steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventioinal skul and bones in signal-red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT conforming to IS-2551 - 02 Nos.

S&F cubical type manual changeover switch I-O-II type operation 250 Amp rating 415 volt, with extended shaft and handle suitable for fixing over wall/ outside of Panel body complete.
