Material and labour for perodical servicing ,repairing & testing of 33 KV outdoor SF6 circuit breaker including relay and control panel of capacity 1600 Amps and rating 36 KV complete as details mentioned as under:- (a) Details of periodical servicing of breaker :- (i) Checking of Closing/Tripping coil assembly (ii) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iv) Checking the contact for wear. Replace if the contact piece has worn out. (v) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (vi) Check for rust and wear. (vii) Checking of spring charge mechanism (viii) Visual check for rust and deformation. (ix) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (x) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (xi) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any. (xii) Check close & trip coil. (xiii) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . (xiv) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor (xv)Cleaning of porcelain bushing (xvi)Checking of limit switch

(b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of outdoor CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles (v) Testing VCB bottle (vi) Closing coil resistance (vii) Tripping coil resistance. (viii) High voltage test. (ix)Testing of Over current and earth fault numeriacal relay of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking, programming & coordination of relay as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (x) Testing of auxilary relays such as DC Supply supervision relay, Master trip relay ,Buchholz relay , WTI relay,OTI relay & etc. Note- . The rates for Nuts, bolts, washers, lugs, thimble, wires and minor items required for efficient and smooth functioning of the equipment shall deemed to be included in in the quoted item. Rates for testing equipments and accessories required at site for condcuting above tests shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by contractor.

Supply and fixing SF6 circuit breaker motor 200 watt, 220-250 V, AC-DC, 50 Hz as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L XLPE insulated, Heavy duty, Galvanised steel strip or wire Armoured, stranded copper conductor Electric LT cable, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 1.5 Sqmm 8 core complete with all connection and taking out old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laid in trench/ fixed with surface of wall / roof etc, jointing, thembling and glanding in suitable size , testing in replacement to HT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty) with alumunium conductor 33 KV, grade cross section area 300 Sqmm of 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation earth work cable cover, sand cushioning etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 1 with peak size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm in trenches for protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and dirceted by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, connecting, jointing, thembling to end of cable and commissioning and testing in replacement of heat shrinkable cable jointing kit suitable for 33 KV grade (earthed) cable for outdoor type end termination complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE insulated armored aluminium conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm 3 core including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation & work shall be measured and paid against respective items) (Make : Denson or M- Seal or Raychem)

All as above item No-31 here-in-before but straight through heat shrink type joint suitable for, 33 KV graded 3 core x 300 Sqmm (earthed) XLPE armored cable complete.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out including trimming of sides complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note :- punned thickness shall be measured and paid only .

M&L for advance maintenance free chemical earthing with JMV CBE 403 enviornment friendly ring earthing system consisting each set of 03 (three) Nos of 10 (ten) feet length 40 mm dia earth eletrode made out by copper, maintenance free electrolytic grade copper earthing system of JMV make based on flat in pipe technology of 3 Mtrs length , 40 mm dia with crystalite conductive mixture COMPOUND filled withthe permanent sealings at the top & bottom with the lead terminal / strip in 25x4 mm size copper with 2 holes of 10 mm dia at the top , to be lowered in 150 mm dia bore including filling of back fill ecofriendly earth enhancing compound tested by ROHS comply to IEC 62651-7 which should have passed leaching ,corrosion, supphur & resistivity test as per IEC 62651-7 by NABL accredit LAB/JAM plus compound in 150 mm bore in immediate contract around the earth electrode and top of the bore shall be finished with 40 mm thick PCC in 1:2:4 type B 1 over 75 mm thick PCC in 1:4:8 type D-2 and backfilly/ JAM compound shall be covererd with FRP pit cover of suitable size for each earth electrode , joint to be made by JAM weld exothermically welded technology including copper strip size 32 x 6 mm for earthing ring system and copper strip 32x6 mm size for earthing electrode to test point with saddles & porcelain insulators suitable size on wall ,earth strip protected by light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia in case of plinth protection / floor/ hard standing crossing complete all as specified and directed. Make - JMV LPS Limited / JEF/ ALCOICE / Conducrete Note :- Earth work , PCC work, PCC cutting work by cutter, earth chamber in suitable size with testing on suitable value etc rate shall deemed to be included in quoted rate

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead using GI earth strip in size 32 x6 mm means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.

(i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I.(ii) Item includes the cost of 7.50m GI pipe for protection of earth wire/strip Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.50m earth lead wire/strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.(iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor from poles of any size & capacity and removing unserviceable materials from site(s) complete all as specified and as directed.Note : (a) Contractor shall deposit the ACSR conductor to MES Store yard.(b) Contractor shall be quote the rate including transportation charges.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections flat, nuts, bolts, washers etc. and removing unserviceable materials from site(s) complete all as specified and directed.Note : Contractor shall be deposit the cross arms to MES Store yard.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : Contractor shall be deposit the cross arms to MES Store yard.

Dismantling steel tubular pole 11 mtr long poles/struts in various location and deposited to MES store yard as per direction of Engr in charge. Note : (a) contractor shall be quote the rate including excavation, returning, filling and transportation charges of steel tubular pole from various location to MES Store yard.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Transformer monitoring system (TMS) software with Data lodging (for main transformer), Instruments/sense Hardware, data collection and lodger, etc complete with all necessary item for 33/11 KV transformer capacity 1.50 MVA at main receiving station Manauri. The system monitoring of following parameters. (a) Analyze load factor (b) Load forecasting (c) Load scheduling (d) Incoming load (e) Outgoing load and related parameters (f) Map the energy consumption according to major loads, make pie chart of energy usages. (g) Establishing the baseline and SEC per unit of outcome of the facility (KWH/MLD)

The “ Transformer Monitoring System” will define to meet the following objectives. (a) Conduct a monitoring/observation of the energy consumption of the (details in particulars) transformer of the station. (b) Review and analysis energy usage history to create a baseline for which saving can be measure in the audit area. (c) Determine what can be done to reduce energy consumption throughout the present installations/setup and what are options are available for system improvements if finding will available. (d) Identify and evaluate measures that could improve the environment performance of the present installations and provide recommandations.

M&L for Transformer oil testing as per IS code IS 1866-2017 through authorised test lab as ISO/IEC 17025:2017 cerified testing laboratory. Transformer oil test should be carried out as per following :

(a) Dissolve Gas Analysis as per IS-10593 (b) Moisture or water Content as per IS 13567 (c) Breakdown voltage (BDV) as per IS 6792 (d) Appearance and colour as per IS 1448 Part 12 (e) Density as per IS 1448 Part 16 (f) Acidity as per IS 1448 part 21 (g) Flash Point as per IS 1448 Part 21 (h) Resistivity as per IS 16840 (j) Tan Delta as per IS 16840 (k) Sediment and sludge as per IS 1866 (m) Inter Facial Tension (IFT) as per IS 6104 Note:-Contractor should be submit the transformer wise report to Engr-in-Charge.

Note : Collection of transformer oil should be carried out in presence of JE E/M (b) Transformer oil should be collect in suitable size and clean botle as per lab direction (c) Contractor shall be quote the rate including transportation and required material for oil testing.

M&L checking (all connection and mechanism) cleaning overhauling servicing of 3 phase 11 KV ring main unit (RMU) extensive type 630 Amps rating with servicing of cable test compartment, Gas Tank, Interlocking latch for cable test compartment, padlocking system for load break switch, ring switch cable compartment, including replacement to minor spare such as spring copper finger/contact set male and female locking arrangement , relay time re-setting, right mechanism to all for making serviceable by OEM authorised work shop only and reassembling testing and commissioning complete at site all as specified and directed. (Note:- Quoted rate shall be included cost of required other spares & serviceable of RMU).

Supply & replace battery lead of 1 mtre length, PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor of size 25 sqmm including one side cable lugs and other side battery terminal. complete suitable to connect starter of any sizes of DG set.

Supply and fixing Inverter 12 volt 900 VA max load 756 watt, inverter type pure sine wave inverter with digital display, processor intelligent 32 bit DSP processor MCB for protection from input main complete with mounting stand suitable for inverter and Battery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling new transformer oil having die electric strength not less than 45 KV in sealed container complete including centrifuging of oil (if required ) up to getting dielectric strength not less than 45 KV complete all as specified and directed. Note : Transformer oil will be supplied by the contractor in sealed container of approved make alongwith necessary manufacturer test cetificate and purchase vouchers Make: Power oil or Savita or equivalent make given in Appx 'B' duly approved by AGE (I).

Supply and fixing in replacement fire retardant/extinguishing electric insulated synthetic mat insulatica-2000 of size 1 Mtr x 2 Mtr x 5 mm thick +10% confirming to BIS : DOC No ET-02 (5440) dated 30 Apr 2004, meeting requirement of IS-3043, IS-5216 (Part I, II, III) IS-8437 and IEC 479 pub I, tested for breakdown strength, tensile/Elongation ageing properties, insulation resistance, effect of acid, alkaline, diesel and transformer opil leakage current test, fire test etc. including all allied materials such as PU-resing, chemical bound (Haedener) special PVC adhesive liquid primer etc of required quantity to complete the job as per site requirement
