Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Dry stone pitching, 225mm thick, including cost of stones and preparation of surface.

Grouting of stone pitching using M-10 nominal mix concrete (max. sizeof aggregates; 20mm nominal) @ 6.00 cum per 100 sq m on horizontal/side slopes; complete including curing.
