Fabrication, Supply and erection of flange mounted hot dip Galvanized Octagonal Poles of 12 mtrs. Height made from 4 mm thick HT Steel plate, having bottom dia of 210 mm. & top dia of 90 mm. with base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 16 mm thick complete with connection window having flash cover with round sleeve at an aprox. height of 2.5 mtrs from the base for cable termination etc. on the existing cement concrete pedestal as required i/c supplying and fixing of the following accesories in connection window for cable termination i/c dismentling of old damaged pole & credit for old dismentled pole as and where basis etc as required.: - a) 6 mm thick laminated / backalite sheet of suitable size- 1 No b) 63 Amp 4 Way termination block- 1 No. c) 6 Amp 10 KA, SPMCB,'C' Characteristics Curve - 1 No.

Providing and laying in position M-20 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm (L) x 750 mm (W) and 1800 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia -2000 mm long (approx)-8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 3200 mm (approx) - 10 nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required along with providing 1 m length 63 mm O.D. DWC HPDE pipe for cable entry and exit and positioning and fixing of 4 Nos. 24mm diameter x 850mm long MS anchor bolts with nuts & washers including suitable sized anchor plates etc complete as reqd.

Fabrication, Designing, Supplying & Fixing of Galvanized arm street light pole bracket (single/double/tripple over hang) with tightening bolt etc. as per existing design of brackets of roads where the street light pole bracket to be fixed or as per approved by Engineer-In-Charge. (Similiar type as per existing pole)

SITC of weather proof pole box made out of hot moulded SMC sheet of nominal size 240 mm x 130mm x 95 mm having lockable door with the help of clamp /fastner complete with 4 way Al Busbar / Connector, 1No. 6 Amps SPMCB, gland & lug/thimble i/c connections i/c dismentling of old damaged box as and where basis etc complete as required .

Supplying and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheated/XLPE aluminium conductor un-armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size overhead pole to pole with help of tower wagon/hydra, making connections etc as reqd i/c dismentling of old damaged cable & credit for old dismentled cable as and where basis etc as required. 4 x 16 sq.mm

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required 4 X 16 sq. mm

Providing, boring and laying GI pipes (ISI Marked) of 120 mm/125 mm O.D. confirming to IS:4984-1995 as amended upto date with pressure rating of 4 Kg/Sq.c.m by trench less technology with no dig method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with mouling equipment i/c jointing cleaning, roadding of pipe. Providing, suitable covers on mouth of pipes, excavation of pits of required size at a depth of 1.30 mtrs. to 2.00 mtrs.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (45 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)
