Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 25 sq. mm (28 mm)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 200 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Estate Officer.Hard rock (blasting prohibited)

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 100 m :Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia.

Supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of 16 mtrs stadium mast tower of polygonal shape, structurally designed for asymmetric loading of up to twelve (12) LED sports flood luminaires, suitable for wind speed up to 47 km/hr. The mast shall be made from steel grade BS EN 10025 and shall be in two sections, with the bottom section of minimum 4 mm thickness and top section of minimum 4 mm thickness.The bottom diameter shall be 410 mm or more and the top diameter shall be 200 mm or more. The bottom section shall be provided with anti-vandalism locking type door of size 1200 mm × 300 mm.The mast section shall be fabricated for metal protection through hot-dip galvanization, with minimum average galvanization thickness of 86 microns.The mast shall be supplied complete with all components including multi-tier fixed sports lighting head frame(s), C.G. box mounting arms, lightning arrestor, twin type LED aviation obstruction light, D-shackle clamps, all mounting accessories, nuts and bolts, internal cabling, foundation accessories, junction box, wiring from junction box to individual luminaires, and MCB in base compartment.The base plate shall be of minimum 570 mm diameter and 25 mm thickness, complete with anchor bolts and templates.The mast shall be provided with fixed sports lighting head frame arrangement (single or multiple tiers), specifically designed and fabricated to accommodate up to twelve (12) LED sports flood luminaires, complete with adjustable aiming brackets (tilt and swivel type), suitable for asymmetric sports lighting loads.The complete mast, head frame(s), and foundation shall be structurally designed and certified for the proposed number of luminaires and asymmetric loading conditions. Structural design calculations and stability certificate, duly signed by a qualified structural engineer, shall be submitted for approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.The mast shall be provided with ladder, fixed to the mast body, complete with safety hoop / cage, rest platforms as required, and all necessary brackets, fasteners, and supports, suitable for safe maintenance access to luminaires.The complete system shall be supplied with necessary accessories like foundation bolts, anchor plates etc .

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the Estate Officer; for the following grades of concrete.Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing TMT bars in Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as per specification & direction of Estate Officer.

Supply and installation of outdoor stand mounted, powder coated feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, phase indicating lamp and 6 nos of 6-32 amp MCB with Incoming 25 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals all complete as per specification including suitable foundation, primer and painting, lock and key provision etc as required & direction of Estate Officer.

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mmthick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
