M&L preparation of old surface of wall plastered including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, Chajjas etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., ncl removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on wall in CM 1:6 on stone/ masonary surfaces finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces and walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman or Indian) on compound wall 10cm height using synthetic enamel paint white or circular / black painted, black back ground all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
