Taking down existing non functional security/street light fittings from pole/wall/pipe of any type of LED fitting of any wattage including replacement of unserviceable spares like SPD, LED Driver etc & refixing the same after testing including connecting cable of 3core PVC sheathed copper conductor not less than 2.5 Sqmm from light fitting to cable loping box & tightening of brackets, clamp by nut, bolts and washer including testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Spare parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply and Fix in repair of street light drivers of capacity 90 watt as per existing make and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair of street light drivers of capacity 35/60/72/80 watt as per existing make and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair of street light drivers of capacity 150 watt as per existing make and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI bracket for street light fittings, fabricated with GI tubing 40 mm dia 'medium grade' 1.5 m long and bending to shape including mild steel clamp fmade of mild steel flat iron 50 x 6 mm with nut , bolts & washer suitable for fixing of GI bracket on PCC/ steel poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum heat resistant housing with driver, bracket with impact and corrosion resistant rectifier with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified.

S & F in repair astronomical type timer switches suitable for operation of street light luminarie with 4 pole Power contactor of 63 A capacity - (01 No) suitable for 3 Phase, 4 wire system incl MCB TPN 63 A capacity - (01 No) , fixed in the Outdoor type box made of polycarbonate/Engplaster of suitable size ISI marked and IP protection including its fixing arrangement on pole/panel and making conection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs cable looping box shock & rust proof of external dimension 230mm x 170mm x 105 mm including provision of 4 way heavy duty PVC insulated connector of suitable size and MCB of size 32/40 Amp incl necessay clamp nut bolt washer, thimbles for fixing and making connection all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Disconnecting taking out and relaying in trenches after rectification the defect/fualt or fixing in wall or poles LT under ground cables of any description after testing continuity to satisfaction of EIC including neccesary lugs ,glands, excavation and earthwork ,Sand cushioning and cable protection like bricks, GI pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnection all incoming and outgoing cables from LT panels and refreshing all connections by replacement of corbonised lugs including taking out sand from the trenches and refilling fresh sand for cushioning of the cables and reconnecting the cables to the busbars with new GI nut bolts after wrapping the busbars with PVC tape as per standard colour code complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Cost of lugs, glands, PVC tape and GI nut bolts & sand deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates by the bidders.

M&L for removing of unwanted UG cable lying near panel, sub station & Transformer and dressing of cable lying at floor,Path and along the wall with help of screw hook cable of existing diameter and flexible pipe and insulation of armoured cable with help of insulation material/PVC tape for good apperance at site where directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for maintenance/servecing of earth pits at substation and of lightining protection by cleaning in and around the chamber,repair /replacement of MS chamber cover /PCC cover slabs ,removing wild growth needs from the area around earth chamber ,provn of salt water in to earth pits ,repair /replacement of funnel ,checking of earth contunity connecting checking and recording of earth results and painting the results and date of testing etc on the chamber ,all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Heat shrinkable,straight through joint box for XLPE HT U/G cable,11KV grade suitable for cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE out door type XLPE cables complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rates quoted shall be deemed to be include the charges of fault locator machine/eqpt fromUPPCL or any other elect agency as available.

M&L for defect rectification in HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. Excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 300 sqmm 3 core. The fault located equipment will be brought at site within 02 hours of Instruction received from Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Resolving electrical complaints/issues (Internal electrification) related to non fuctioning electrical items like fans/geysers/solar water heater/ AC complaints/ short circuiting/No light etc through skilled trademens team at any location under AOR of GE East old cantt Pryagraj complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : This item shall be paid only where no material is required to resolve the issue. (i) The work under this contract shall be executed by the contractor based on day to day complaint received from the user at any location in the entire AOR of GE East old cantt Pryagraj . Hance entire site will not be handedover to the contractor in one go and contractor will have no claim for the same as well as with regards to number of complaints in a day. (ii) Contractor or his authorised representative will report daily to the office of AGE E/M old cantt Pryagraj for collection of complaints. The contractor shall resolve the complaints within 02 working days, failing which a panalty @ Rs 100/- per day per complaint shall be recovered from contractor's dues. (iii) The cost of minor material like insulation tap, screws, washers etc shall deemed to be included in quoted unit rates. (iv) Contractor will provide all necessary T&P and transportation for attending complaints. The contractor shall keep this aspect in mind while quoting unit rates.
