Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling, wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transportation of surplus materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all sur plus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required.All useful materials such as stones, shingle aggregate and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 2712.33 cubic metre quantity @ Rs. 300/- only ( at the rate of rupees three hundred ) only per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor’s running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, GST,toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal un-useful materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring, strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, GST,toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 [ One cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size] including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) and removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete including the cost of form work and curing complete in Retaining walls and Breast walls etcetera,as per drawings and MORD technical specification sections 800, 900,1200 and 1600 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, GST,toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Back filling of granular material behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etcetra Complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 1200 and 1600 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing 100mm (One Hundred millimeter) diameter PVC(poly Vinyl chloride) pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etcetra, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards draining face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 700 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax , GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Loosening of ground upto a level of 300mm (Three hundred millimetre ) below the sub grade level, watered, grader with motor grade and compacted in layers to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) kN static roller for sub grade construction as per MORD technical specifications Section 300 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax , GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification Section 400. or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, 150 mm (One hundred fifty millimeter) compacted thickness as per table 400.1 spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on preparaed surface and compacting with smooth Wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification Section 400 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading by mechanical means and compacting stone aggregate of size 63 mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II [75 mm seventy five millimetres) consolidated thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-one hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm ( Eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum ( zero point two zero cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate 0.06 cum ( zero point zero six cubic metre) per ten sqaure meter to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing,laying and spreading by mechanical means and compacting stone aggregate size 53 mm to 22.4 mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) Grading-III, 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - one hundred) KN static roller in stages proper graded and camber, applying and brooming stone screening typr "B" of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two milimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 (zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compating to the required density as per MORD technical specifications Section . 400 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in Charge including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsuion (SS-I)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of the road surface with Hydaulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emusuion pressure distributar at the rate of @ 0.85 Kg. (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 500 as per the entire statisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic broom and spreading with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five killograme) per square meter on prepared Granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 or as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materails with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octroi royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30 mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (one hundred-one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control Grading -II using crushed aggregate 13.2 (Thirteen decimal two millimeter) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bitumen binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-ten) at the rate of 5.50.
