Cleaning Rain Water harvesting Tank including draining Out of Water washing the Tank wherever necessary, cleaning roof of building and gutter, re-arranging of filter media and covering with nylone tied with p.p. rope, cutting the branches of trees near roof etc complete as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing nominal guage PVC Pipe of approved quality compleate with special flang compression type fittings including trenching and re filling etc. External work 63 mm nominal bore ( 6 kg/sqcms)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 Metal sand)

Providing and fixing PVC pipe half round eaves gutter with M.S brackets including bolts and nuts and necessary fitting as per approved brand and manufacture etc ..complete 200 mm (10kg/sqcms) Whereever necessary
