Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs.37.70 Lakhs) Annual Turn Over Certificate from 2020-21 to 2024-25 Must be with the UDIN No Other Wise Turnover is not Considered

Satisfactorily completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. 18.90 Lakhs (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

1.Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory.2)It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.3) The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.4) EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.5) Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025perct of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.6) The Successful bidder must submit 5percet Security Deposit to the amount put to Tender at the Time of Agreement in the Form of DD/FD/NSC/Renewable bank guarantee.

8)Contractors should be registered with KPWD Class III and above

9)Conditional tenders will not be accepted. 10) The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. 11) The cost of the Tender Processing shall not be refundable.12)Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders. 13) As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.14)The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

15)Other conditions are as per KW Standard Tender Document.

16)The Work should be completed in stipulated period.17) Department will not supply any materials0riginal documents / Certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of Technical bid. 18) All the formats prescribe in the bid document shall be filled by the Tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected.19) In case if the death of a contractor, after executing the agreement / commencement of the work, his legal heir, is an eligible registered contractor and is willing, can execute and complete the work, at the accepted tender rates, irrespective of the cost of the work.20) The contractors assessed tender capacity will be calculated asper the clauses of STD document attached.21) All the terms in the tender include all lead lift, loading, unloading, transportation, labour, hire chares of machinery , curing for works. 22) Contractors should follow strictly prevailing rules of labour act. 23) The tender validity period is 90Days from last date of receipt of Tenders.24) The tenderer should submit the Registration Certificate along with technical bid.

25)The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Standard Bid document KW. 6) The contractor should maintain the work for the period of ONE year after the completion of the work at his own cost. 27)The Contractor shall furnish compulsory the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be complete during the next 3 Months (B Value). 28)It is mandatory that the Turn over certificate should be duly signed by a registered Chartered Accountant along with UDIN number.29) The contractor should issued by the Commissioner, DAMH, Mysore regarding successfully completion of works which are taken in the previous years. (Mandatory).30) GST shall be paid separately to tendered amount.
