Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of wall mounted DOL pump controller in steel enclosure for 7.5 HP three phase 415V, 50Hz complete with four pole controller overload relay voltmeter, ammeter i/c testing commissioing etc as required.

Providing day to day operation and normal maintenance of RO plant of 500 LPH capacity at IGIPESS Vikas puri checking & cleaning of RO plant and water cooler with suitable chemical & all necessary preventive maintenance 9 AM to 5 PM by providing experienced & qualified staff as per terms and condition attached & as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge & site requirement.

Supply and Replament of RO membrane of Size 40"X40". (2 nos. in 6 month)

Supply and dozing of Bacteriological disinfection chemical in pure water tank of RO plant etc. as reqd. (8-9 ltr per month)

Supply and dosing of food grade Antiscalent chemical for protection of the membrane as per required quantity.(20 ltr per month)

Supply and replacement of micron cartridge filter of size 20"x2.5" 5 Microns at feed line to membrane whenever required. (4 filter per month)

Refurbishing of media/carbon filter including change of Media/carbon etc. complete as required of size 13"x 54" in existing vessels etc. complete as reqd.( 1 per annum)

Supply and Replacement of Electrical control panel with pressure switch of high and low level maintenance of Raw Water and High Pressure pump complete etc. as reqd. (as per requirement)

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of RO Membrane Housing 8" x 120" long with endcap. complete as reqd on existing skid i/c dismantling old/damage complete etc. as reqd.(as per requirement)

Repair and service of high pressure pump of 500 lph three phase 1.5 HP to feed the ro membrane at pressure more then osmotic pressure, taking into considerations flux rate flow & recovery of stainless steel construction suitable for flow rate of 1500 lph at 30 m head complete as required. (as per requirement)

Servicing and complete overhauling of WTAC/Split units after dismantling from various locations, removing of dust from condenser coil, cooling coil and chasis wherever required complete cleaning of fin condenser coil with cleaning agent of superior quality, dismantling of blower motor (if required), washing etc after dismantling of condenser motor replacement of defective parts finally applying two coats of black synthetic paint of approved brand before fixing new 5 mm./6 mm. foam sheet with adhesive testing commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Attending day to day complaints & Routine Maintenance of WTAC, Split A.C. of different capacity installed at various sites including overhauling/servicing of machine attending complaints i/c checking & cleaning of condenser coil etc of with suitable chemical & all necessary preentive maintenance as and when reqd. by providing experienced & qualified staff as per terms and condition attache, site requirement & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and charging refrigerant gas (i.e. R-22) in the existing 2 TR capacity AC cooling unit complete with leak detection, vacuumising & rectification the leakage, pressure testing i/c brazing, providing necessary copper piping & insulation, providing suitable capacity liquid line drier etc. testing, commissioing complete as required.

S/I/T/C of compressor of the following capacity in existing AC including connection with suitable size of suction & discharge copper pipe, copper stainer, capillary, nut bolts, connections, interconnections of the electrical wiring with suitable cables, checking of leakage, pressure testing with nitrogen gas for 24 hours, vacumising, charging with suitable refrigerant gas i/c brazing etc. as required i/c buy back credit of dismantle item.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 125 KVA DG Set including complete Service Intervals B Check –After Every 300 Hrs./ 6Months whichever comes earlier 2 Times in 1 Year( nothing extra shall be paid) and scope of work include 1. Routine Engine Services with parts and lubricants as and when required. 2.Engineer will visit every month for general check-ups to preventive maintenance of your DG Set. 3. Unlimited Break Down calls to rectify the faults. 4. Engine Wiring Repair or Replacement including 4ST Switches and Safeties. 5. Repairing of Self Starters and Charging Alternators as and when required. 6. Repairing and Descaling of Radiators as and when required. 7. Minor Repairs of alternators i.e. Terminal Bar, Thimbles, AVR, Diodes, Rectifiers as required 8. Stand By Parts will be provided in case of failure of any i.e Self Starter, Charging Alternator, AVR etc as required. Scope not Covered in CAMC 1. If any Parts required to be replaced/repaired in case of shifting of DG Set will be charged extra as per site requirement. 2. Acoustic Enclosure / Canopy. 3. Major Overhauling if required carried out by us. 4. Top Overhauling if required carried out by us. 5. Cable From Alternator to Changeover switch. 6. Replacement of Alternator (if required) 7. Exhaust Room, Ventilation Fan & Motor, Acoustic Enclosures (shifting, painting, canopy lining, lock replacement, statutory requirements)fittings, repairs, shifting,& installing the engine or DG Set, all kind of civil and carpentry work, arranging stabilized power at site 8. Any liabilities due to accidents, mischief, strike, natural clematis-flood, fire, earthquake etc.

Credit to the Contractor on as-is-where-is basis, including dismantling, collection, loading, unloading, transportation, and all incidental charges, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
