Name of the work : 1. Upgradation of Road from Manur Panchayat office to sambakulam Link Road Opp to School Km 0/000 - 1/100 (R-367)Thoppampatti Block in Dindugul District Estimate amount : Rs. 226.12 Lakhs

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum. For Levelling Course Below Abutments & Footing of Retaining Wall. for BASECOURSE BELOW APPROACH SLAB.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) for Approach Slab.

Supply and Fabrication of High Yield Strength Deformed Bar with Grade Designation Fe500, conforming to IS:1786 2008, steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule cost of steel at site fabrication labour charges for cleaning, bending tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the Reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete, Fe500 grade.

Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Excavation for Road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification (For Box Cutting) [As Per SOR 2023 - 2024 W - 0055]

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Collection and supply of Gritty Gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for spreading and compaction with power roller etc.complete, for SHOULDERS.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20% & 2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%) & (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% respectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix - in - place method) GSB-III.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

Providing and Applying Primer Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of Granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and laying Tack Coat Over WMM Surface (treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of Bitumen Emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Applying tack coat over BT surface (not treated with primer) using 3Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bituminous emulsion to actual work spot handling charges including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour and machinery charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags etc., complete as per standard specification.

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING CMP (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5 - 2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30 / VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 - 30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory / phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 -30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, vibratory / phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5.

Provision for Retaining wall (RCC) [At Km 0/980 - 1/000 [B/S]]

Earth work Excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock not requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B including cost of all labour, materials, tools, equipments and all incidental charges and sheeting, shoring, bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming of bottom of excavtion backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc. complete as per standard specification for FOUNDATION UNDER RETAINING WALL.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum. For Levelling Course Below Abutments & Footing of Retaining Wall.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum FOOTINGS & STEM OF RETAINING WALLS.

Providing and fixing Class I PVC seepage pipes of 100mm dia of required lengths for abutments and return walls including costs and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for fixing etc., complete to drain from the backfill as per section 2706 of MORTH specification (Rev- V) BACKFILL IN BETWEEN THE ABUTMENTS AND RETURNS.

Supply and fabrication of STEEL grade Fe415 with suitable anticorrsive measure required for all the reinforced cement concrete items of work involved in the shedule including cost of steel, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods, straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, hoisting and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete., Fe.500 grade.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaition [Below Sill Level]

PVC pipes of required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, cost and labour for 900 mm Dia Semi spherical back fill arrangements with 100 mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing, etc., to drain of the BACKFILL IN BETWEEN THE ABUTMENTS AND RETURNS.
