M & L for Cleaning of Cooling tower capacity from 90 TR to 150TR removing sludge from the bottom of cooling tower basin/Sprinklers/ runner/ Y Strainers by using (removing sludge from Y strainers) suitable cleaning materials complete and testing of cooling towers complete as all as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for base channels for condensor/chiller pump sets of various capacity installed in Central AC Plants made out of MS section incl necessary fixing/grouting in PCC complete arrangement with suitable size nuts, bolts & washers complete and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete and including removing rusted base frame/base channels etc.,all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Chiller water cut off switch/ water flow switch in AC Plant unit all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of pipe line, pumpset and foundation channel, Central AC Plants painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) AC Plant at NC-I, NC-II, NC-III, (ii) P-11 , (iii) EMI/EMC (iv) Simulator AC Plant.

M &L for PUF insulation with aluminium foil wrapping of MS pipe line (chilled water pipeline) size 150mm dia complete and incl dismantling of old unserviceable PUF insulation complete.

M &L for PUF insulation with aluminium foil wrapping of MS pipe line (chilled water pipeline) size 100mm dia complete and incl dismantling of old unserviceable PUF insulation complete.

M & L for removing existing filters from AHU (Air Handling Unit) any capacity and size of filters and cleaning of Filters, by washing with suitable liquid cleaners and dried up and re-fixing the same location. And including cleaning inside the AHU Complete.

Supply and replacement of pleated panel filters with aluminium framed all around the filter or aluminium brased (crossed and all around) and for suitable for AHU (Air Handling Unit) as samples/existing air filters size 60cm x 60cm pleated design with wire mesh hold the pleated fibre media in place. The pleats allow the filters to catch more dust (down to 4 or 5microns)
