Supply and fixing Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles of size 400x400mmx7mm thick as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match the colour of tiles over and incl. screed bed 15mm thick in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 6 to 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces i.e. skirting/ dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface with & including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded brick aggregate as in filling in sunken flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WCs etc shall be as under:- (a) Application of two component Acrylic modiied Cementitious coating:- (i) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coating and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and dry other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacture's published literature should be strictly complied with, including but not limited to the following:-

(ii) Chipping out any visible cracks in "V-Groove" pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex/ Perma latex SBR/FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex/Asian paint latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure if required. (iii) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahed of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of sika Top Seal-107/Brush Bond FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO. (iv) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA Top Seal-107 /Brush Bond FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions. (v) Apply glass fabric sheet of SIKA Fab 1/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP whilst the first coat is wet. (v) Once touch dry, apply second coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA Top Seal -107 /Brush Bond FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions on the entire area. (vi) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat.

(vii) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 300mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surfaces. (viii) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application (minimum 6-8hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. (ix) A protection plaster 12-15mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls. Admixture: SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO conforming to IS 2645. Providing and applying a protection screed of 50mm thick 1:4, cement sand mortar admixed with SIKA Plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. Admixture: SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO conforming to IS 2645. (x) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with an elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansions zone in the centre of Make SIKA Seal Tape/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP. (xi) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. (xii) Waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised.

(b) All the joints of pipes and traps within the sunken portion shall be sealed properly by epoxy sealent. (c) All CI traps in sunken slab to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (Min 15cm) all around. (d) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) complete all as soecified. (e) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450mm to 600mm long ) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (f) Providing 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified. Note : Contractors rate deemed to be included their quoted rates considering all the above descriptions

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer as in roof covering all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leaping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of cement concrete, including flashing and junction of parapets etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding etc. (average thickness 50mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces finished even and fair, including cleaning the roof top by water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foreign particle, laitance followed by grinding all protrusion to made surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expiation contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in V groove filled with repairs mortar/ micro-concrete/ general purpose grout as recommended proportionally as per recommendation of manufacturer. Supply and applying high build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray/ brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, min 88% solid content. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer 1:1 (Resin : Harder) application with 100% water dilution and pure polyurethane application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.25 Kg/Sqm all as specified and directed.
