Material and labour for disconnecting old termination of serviceable LT 3 Phase/Single phase UG cable of any size connected with over head aluminium/copper conductor in Electic pole and terminating it with over head conductor, including taking out of loop if required

Material and labour for taking down of of existing LT cable of any size up to 50 Sqmm 3.5/4 core from wall/roof/ceiling and refixing the same with new saddles, clamps, screws, plugs atc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down of of existing LT cable of any size 70 Sqmm up to 120 Sqmm 3.5/4 core from wall/roof/ceiling and refixing the same with new saddles, clamps, screws, plugs atc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs of LT panel duly isolated / de-energize the supply of of rating from 200 Amps to 1000 Amps and voltage 415/230 volts. The maintenence includes the following tasks:- (i) Cleaning of burnt Bus bar. (ii) Disconnecting terminals of burnt cables from the LT panel and also taking out cable loop from ground, replacing lugs of suitable size and capacity as per the size of the cable (iv) Removing of old and broken cable connectors in the LT panel and providing new connectors of suitable capacity and fixing in the same panel using nut bolts and other accessories. (vi) Removing of worn out connecting wires inside the panel and replace it with new wires of suitbale capacity and size. Note:Cost of all material as mentioned above required for maintenance is included in the quoted rate

M & L for Repair/ overhauling of LT Air Circuit breakers of any make and capacity 630 to 1000 amps, 3pole/ 4 pole and replacement of minor items like springs, washers, bolts, nuts and other insulating material including calibration and testing of control and protection devices of equipments in the following steps all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (i) Disconnecting and taking out the breaker after taking shut down of the respective panel and check the defects. (ii) Overhauling the ACB by opening all parts and lubricating the moving parts as per requirement. (iii) Re-assembling the air circuit breaker complete, installing to its original position, testing and commissioning the breakers for both tripping and closing mechanism for proper functioning of the breaker all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for painting to feeder pillar box / LT panel, including painting of angle iron frame with two coat of grey synthetic enamel paint including replacing of worn out hinges, welding of door with proper size new hinges of suitable size and locking arrangements where required complete as specified.

Taking down and Supply & fix line separator suitable for LT OH line of 3 phase and neutral conductor complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.07 above but single phase and neutral conductor.

Trimming of trees not exc 30 cm girth including cutting of upper portion of branches and disposal of same at a distance not exc 50 mtr and clearing of site complete as directed.(Note:Tools/ladder required for cutting/trimming of trees will be provided by the contractor at no extra cost and cost of the same be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.) After clening filling water in condenser/ chiller line by using additional pump, taking out the air in chiller & condensor line complete all as reqd at site & directed by Engr in Charge

M& L for servicing of outdoor (condenser) unit of air cooled central/ Package type AC plant by cleaning of fins by water jet of suitable pressure or cleaning by using chemical if reqd, including combing of fins by using fins comb to making straight the fins, checking electrical wiring, servicing, oiling of condenser motor, etc. complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable fan blade of outdoor condenser unit of air cooled package/ central type AC plant (5 to 7.5TR) as per existing make, model and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of blower belt of AHU/Compressor belts as per existing model and type ISI marked including re-alignment of the motor and blower if required for proper tension of belts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of electric control panel of AHU central/Package type AC Plant by cleaning the panel with blower, checking of electric circuits/connections, replacement of unsv burnt wire, cables with existing size & length including proper numbering, replacement of u/s fuse link, lugs, washer, nuts, bolts, checking proper electrical connection, connectivity etc. & find out defective parts and making the panel functional by replacing the unsv item (taken as supply only) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:(i) Unserviceable parts as MCB, MCCB, contactor, relay etc. will be measure and paid separately. (ii) Minor parts like thimbles, tags, nut, bolts, washers etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for servicing of Main Electric Panel board/Control panel board of Central/Package type AC Plant by cleaning the panel with blower, replacement of unsv burnt wire, cables with existing size & length including proper numbering, replacement of u/s fuse link, lugs, washer, nuts, bolts, checking proper electrical connection, connectivity etc. & find out defective parts and making the panel functional by replacing the unsv item (taken as supply only) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M&L for servicing of compressor by disconnecting /detaching from motor after pump down the system and taking out the parts after strip opening of compressor (Make: Voltas Ltd, 5H40, 1x30 TR) Cleaning the parts of compressor & segregation of serviceable/unserviceable parts, keeping serviceable parts aside for reuse and replacing the worn out parts (taken as supply only), turning, lathe work on crank shaft if required, Reassembling the complete compressor parts, including checking leak test by using nitrogen pressure test at suitable pressure, vacuum the compressor by using vacuum pump & filling oil and charging of gas R-22, testing and commissioning of complete system as per OEM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note: (i) Work shall be carried out through OEM Mechanics or Mechanic having 10 Years experience of repair of the compressor. (ii) Unserviceable nut, bolts, washers, springs etc. will be replaced and deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Major spare parts, compressor oil and Frozen gas shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for taking out existing Unsv scroll compressor Model NO SM185 and replace with new compressor suitable for existing AC Plant working on 380-415V 3 phase , 50Hz, LR 175A, Max Oper-35A, thermally protected system, LP side (PS 25 bar, TS max 63oC TS min-35oC, Vol 31.oI) HP side (PS 27.8 bar, TS max 68oC TS min-35oC, Vol 2.oI), having lubricant Mineral Oil 160P, heater etc including making connections inlet outlet refrigerant piping, nitrogen pressure test for leak testing , vacuum the system and charging suitable Refrigerant gas and testing after replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid in respective item.

M&L for taking out existing Unsv scroll compressor Model No SY300 and replace with new compressor suitable for existing AC plant working on 380-415V 3 phase , 50Hz, LR 270A, Max Oper-58A, thermally protected system, LP side (PS 20 bar, TS max 53oC TS min-35oC, Vol 32.8I) HP side (PS 29.6 bar, TS max 68.3oC TS min-35oC, Vol 2.oI), having lubricant POE320SZ, heater etc including making connections inlet outlet refrigerant piping, nitrogen pressure test for leak testing , vacuum the system and charging suitable Refrigerant gas and testing after replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid in respective item.

M& L for attending emergant complaints by experienced refregeration machanic i.e. partaining to Centre AC Plant / Packages Type AC plant/ VRF / Type AC plant of any Capacity including carry out minor repairss etc as required to system in order/functional complet all as specified and direted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable Himidifire/Hot water Genrator heater Coils type 2KW capacity as per existing make & model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceableHot water Genrator heater Coils type 3KW capacity as per existing make & model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable Hot water Genrator heater Coils type 9KW capacity as per existing make & model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable Pan type humidifier comprising of stainless steel pan with 9 KW heater, wiring , water piping GI pipe med grade 15 mm bore & 100 ltr rotational module polythenic loft tank including provision of float valve & brass stope cock & inlet pipe all of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - Charge

M & L for replacement of unserviceable fire damper controler as per existing make & model

S&F in replacement of Condensser copper Coil ( set of 2 Coils ) of Voltas Air cooled Central AC Plant 75 Tr capacity incl all accessories such as brazing leak testing & gas charging with suitabe refrigent including all accessories complete all as specified and direced by Engr in Charge.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable motorised vall with timer with autoflashing of humidifire as per existing make & model for altrasonic humidifire complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for duct thermal insulation class O nitrile rubber based thermal insulation 19 mm thick with treated woven glass fibre covering of 0.18mm thick, density of 200+20 GSM, Tensile strength 275+-25 Kg/mm for exposed to sun application (green colour) including fixing with adhesive which is specifically formulated for duct insulation which shall be free from benzene and joints shall be fixed with glass cloth foil based tape with self adhesive ability to ensure 100% leak proof, including taking out existing unsv insulation material, cleaning the duct surface complete all as specified by OEM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking out carefully damaged ducting including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply assembly and erection of GI sheet rectangular/square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 22 gauge all as specified and including with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :-(i) for measurement only the final finished area in Sqmm shall be measured. (ii) Venes, splitters, MS frames for joints, flanges, access doors etc shall not be measured seprately These shall be treated as part of duct work. (iii) Only external angle Iron/C channel duct support shall be measured and paid separatly.

All as per item No-97 above but 20 gauge galvanized sheet steel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in replacement of Evaporator ( Chiller ) copper coil of suitable for existing Voltas Air cooled Central AC plant 75 Tr capacity, incl all accessories such as brazing, leak testing gas charging to achieve desired cooling effect & connected with Chiller water pine line includiing all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge Note - Gas R-22 will be measured and paid seperately under respecite item.
