Term Contract for Maintenance of BndR Assets for Technical Buildings at HEMRL, CCE R and D Office Complex and Living Accommodation at Pune

PART - B (NON DSR ITEMS)

Repair of leakage of Bib taps / stop cocks/ pillar taps by changing washers if required without damaging the fittings.

Clearing the blockage of Nahni Trap/ Gulley Trap.

Clearing the blockage of manholes of all sizes and disposal of debris.

Clearing the blocked drain pipe by rodding etc till smooth flow of waste for SWG/RCC pipes of 100mm/150mm dia.

Removing / Taking away settled solid sludge from manholes and disposing the same to a distance exceeding 100mtr and not exceeding 250 mtr and burning the same (Only solid sludge will be measured. Semi solid liquid sludge shall not be measured.

Removing / Taking away sludge from septic tanks and disposing the same to a distance exceeding 100mtr and not exceeding 250 mtr and burning the same. (7000 Ltr Capacity Tank.)

Removing the existing aluminium door shutters, repairing and refixing to avoid sliding on floor and smooth functioning as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to existing wooden/steel door shutters after removing hinges and re-fixing after necessary easing & adjusting and repairs, welding of MS but hinges to frame if required etc all complete.

Providing Random Rubble masonry in foundation and plinth with old stones obtained from dismantling including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand : 12 graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand), including cost of bond stone- 02 Nos for every One Sqm surface area, curing etc complete.

Providing Random Rubble masonry in superstructure and plinth with old stones (obtained from dismantling) with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand), including cost of bond stone 02 nos for every 1 Sqm surface area, curing and scaffloding etc complete.

Providing brick masonry with old bricks in superstructure (obtained from dismantling) cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand), including curing and scaffolding etc complete.

Supplying and fixing 6 mm thick wired glass to existing window/ventilators at all heights including removal of broken glass etc., complete at all heights etc., complete.

Supply and fixing glass putty with glazing pins including cleaning the surfaces etc., complete.

Repair / maintenance to existing rolling shutters including greasing to side channels, ball bearing etc., complete. a) For height upto 3.00 m

b) Length 2.51 m to 5.0 m

Refixing in position old steel work welded in built-up section /framed work in grills / gratings / guard bars/ brackets / gates height up to 60 cm including providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over it and fixing in PCC bed block of 1:2:4 mix of size 20 cm x 38 cm x 30 cm (including cost of bed block) at all heights complete for following lengths:- a) Length upto 2.50 m

b) Length 2.51 m to 5.0 m

Supplying and fixing glass pieces for coping @ 18 Kg per Sqm of top concrete area.

Providing and applying Epoxy resin based putty including widening of wall plaster cracks up to 3 mm deep and filling with approved putty at all heights including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Fosroc or equivalent make).

Providing and applying polymer paint mixed with cement as per manufacturers directions for external plastered walls at all heights including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Fosroc or equivalent make).

Fixing of MS grills/ Gates at all heights including scaffolding, transportation to site etc. complete (Civil works are measured under respective heads).

Providing and fixing Packers and Injecting KB PUR IN 1&2 - 1 component water activated Polyurethene injection foam and 2 component flexible polyurethane injection resin to the concrete with conventional single component pump with high or low pressure etc., complete as per manufacturers specification. ( Make- M/s Koster or Equivalent)

Providing and applying alkaline cement based crystalline water proofing system in three coats to floor and sides of pit including treatment of cold joints/ construction joint / seperation joint / honey comb areas & pipe insertion with elastic system. (Make - M/s Koster or Equivalent)

Cement Pressure grouting to RCC Junction of slabs, beams etc., by cleaning the surface thouroughly making holes and fixing PVC nozzles and grouting with cement slurry modified with SIKA latex and Intraplast N-200 or equivalent quality with all arrangements at all heights etc., complete.

PART - C (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) Wooden door shutters of any size, specification and thickness including all fixures / fittings complete.

Aluminium scrap, like hardware items, starps, channel and other fittings.

CP scraps like bath room fittings etc., complete.

PVC/FRP 10 lts low level Flush tank as is condition.

EWC as is condition

Wash hand basin of all sizes and shapes

Urinal of all sizes and shapes

Door chowkhat wooden / steel chowkhats with holdfasts (any size)

Gypsum board / wooden particle or block board of ceilings / linings, partitions with framing etc. (any thickness).

Stone boulders (As per stack measurement after allowing 50% for voids)

LDPE water storage tanks, any capacity.

Galvanized wire guage of average width of aperture 1.4 mm with wire of dia 0.63 mm obtained from Doors & windows .

Reinforcement steel obtained from dismantled items.

Structural steel obtained from dismantled items.

MS windows and ventilators.

PART - A (DSR ITEMS) Execution of items of work covered under CPWD- DSR - 2023 ( ** Contractor to insert his percentage over DSR 2023 (+) or (-) in the rate column both in figures and words. If no rate percentage is offered,NIL should be inserted.It is required to mention (+) or (-) sign before the figure quoted . If no sign is mentioned it will be considered as (+)over DSR 2023).
