M&L for detecting and taking out the faulty / burnt electric cable of any size from the loop or any other situated condition by trench out and length / distance not exceeding upto 30 RM and repair / joint the electric cable by cutting out the damaged portion and repair cable with joint kit as per suitable size and make panel functional with all incoming and outgoing cable connection including tightening loose cable / strip connections, removal of dirt,dust and carbon particles by air blower, rubbing emmery paper replacement of worn out thimbles,nut, bolt & washers , replacement of control wiring of panel etc including with excavation, R&F & removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Additional spare parts such as Cable , cable joint kit , MCCBs will be measured & Paid separetly under relevent item of Sch 'A' as supply & fixing (ii) Replacement of burnt control wiring of panel, Cable lugs, nut- bolts , aluminium thimble etc. shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.

Supply and fix in replacement insulated Copper busbar mounted on epoxy insulators any size by using 100% copper including nut bolts washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out hanging doors from LT panels welding the doors in position by using new hinges on MS flats including fixing/welding of new MS flats and scrapping old surface and cleaning smoothly and applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of size not more than 1.5 sqm including fixing of locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out air circuit breaker any capacity calibration, servicing and replacement of fixed and movable contact points, NVC coil, auxiliary coils, auxiliary thermal magnetic relays, charge springs and greasing of all movable parts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing / laying in replacement of steel tubings galvanized, light grade with all fittings / fixtures along the electric cable laying in trench or pole / wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:-

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable or for pole etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mechanical excavation is not allowed in this Stn. Hence only manual excavation is allowed and the rate shall be quoted accordingly.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255 1983 and refilling in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable all complete as specified and as directed.

Laying only for existing cable cover laid in trenches with equal to length of cable across the cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing LT cable of any size for re-laying / re-routing properly by disconnection from panel / pole and connected after laying with use of existing protection brick/ cover etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for aluminum thimbles excavation, RFR and removal etc.

Supply & fix Spreader terminal suitable for 4 pole MCCB upto 400Amp including with nut bolts & washer and complete connection work of cable in Panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix MCCB Enclosure box suitable for 4 Pole MCCB upto 250 Amps including fixing arrangement and connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing feeder pillar box panel,415 Volts, 50 Hz, 400 Amps capacity, out door ,factory made double door , fabricated out of CRCA sheet both inner & outer and mount on angle iron frame including incomming and outgoing connections, Digital meter and Indicating Lights , cable allay ,danger notice plate, front & back openable doors with locking arrangements, PCC foundation etc and with the followings complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) MCCB 400A,36KA, 4 Pole adjustable type-01 Nos (Incoming). (ii) MCCB 250A,36KA, 4 Pole adjustable type-04 Nos (Outgoing).

M&L for horizontal boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using by necessary Eqpt /machine for crossing of electric cable including pipe not less than 100 mm and vertical depth n, exc. 2 mtr and horizontal dia n. exc. 200mm and including getting out excavated surplus soil to a distancenot exceeding 50 mtr and deposting whereas directed at a level complete all as specified and as directed.
