Item No 01 :- Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays etc getting out in soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 02 :- Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 03 - Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting points etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 04 : M & L for clean dry river sand in traenches / ducts for cushioning to cable, 8 cm in thick before laying the cables and 15cm thick after laying cable complete all as specified and directed.(Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Item No 05 : Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type-1, peak of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "LT 1100 VOLTS ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Item No 05A - S&F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregrate) of size 900mm x 300mm x 100 mm thick with "DANGER / LT 433 VOLTS CABLE / MES DANGER / MES" embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 06 :- Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 100 mm dia with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable all as specified & directed.

Item No 07 :- Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 50 mm dia with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable all as specified & directed.

Item No 08 :- Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 25 mm dia with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable all as specified & directed.

Item No 09 : Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade including necessary double compression brass cable glands and testing the cable before & after laying complete all as specified and directed

NOte :- (i) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, PCC cable covers and protection pipe shall be mesured and paid seperately under respective items. (ii) Contractor shall ensure to visit the site and work out the actual requirement of cable length from LT panel at all locations and prior approval shall be taken from Engineer - in - Charge before placing the order to manufaturer to minimise the joints etc.

Item No 10 : Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT panel out door type factory made CPRI approved, water and vermin proof protection of size 2500mmx 1500mmx 800mm, (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild sheet angle iron of size 50X50X6mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in hosizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable, single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories and also including removing old exisisting one complete all as specified and as directed.
