Daily labour charges with bonus once in a year for operation of 4 nos 40 HP submersible pump-motor sets for zone-I & zone-II OHRs(High lift) 8 nos 10 HP submersible pump-motor sets (Low lift) along with 11/0.433 KV,2 X 250 KVA sub-stn, LT Panels ,starters,valves,flow meters, level indicators , entire yard lighting arrangement inside and outside of pump house including gaseous chlorination plant complete with all other electrical accessories and ancilliaries for 24 hours a day including guarding the whole installation.(6 Nos Operator to be engaged)

Periodical inspection at least twice in a month and as and when required by Electrical supervisor having valid supervosor's certficate of competency form directorate of Electricity(Licensing Board), govt. of West Bengal or under any other state Government of India along with pump Technician/ Supervisor/ chlorine gas plant supervisor.Each visit should be recorded in the log book (with date and time)to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building. The supervisor requires to have thorough /in-depth knowledge of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. VCB, 250 KVA transformer , MCCB, L.T. PDB ,capacitor, pumps, valve, actuator, relays, contactors, timers, SFU along with in house lighting system including cleaning of contacrs by CRC 226 spray in HT & LT panel board, cleaning of all terminal sockets and checking of healthy condition of all draw out feeders and the chlorine gas plant supervisor will check entire gaseous chlorination plant instrument as well as joints etc. for hazard free operation.

Day to day maintenance for upkeepment of all electrical & mechanical installation/ gaseous clorination system by engaging licensed electrician / machanic as and when required by supplying all necessary material including cost of supply of Chlorine Test Kit etc. required to execute maintenance as well as guarding work.

Testing of all relays viz. earth fall, over load, buchholz, and checking of muster trip,trips circuit Supervision, CT, PT, spring charging system, closing/trips coil, VCB , and breaker of L.T. Panel, Di-electric test of transformer oil etc. including calibration of Ammeter, Voltmeter etc. by agency approved by Directorate of Electriciity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating Unit once in six month and submission of the Test Report to Department in each case.
