Providing Pre - construction Anti - termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentration under grade slab and grade beam, all round the Pile Caps, Catch basins, trenches, pits, tunnels, wall trenches, back fill, plinth filling, junction of wall and floor. External perimeter of building, surrounding of pipes, expansion joints, below U.G. sump and retaining/side walls etc. as per instructions of chemical manufacturer as directed by the Department officer/ Architect. The treatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 or equivalent BS specification. Water Proofing Over PCC: Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on top of PCC laid for Raft slab and beam of basement, STP, UG sump and the like in the following sequence of operations. i) Laying of cement concrete of Mix 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 stone grit 6 mm and down size by volume) to an average thickness of 20mm and the concrete shall be admixed with Normal setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate of 2% by weight of cement over PCC surface. Concrete shall be cured by light spraying of water for the next 48 hours. ii) Providing and applying one coat of TAPECRETE Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious Slurry Coat over well prepared surface as a Primer and applying CICO CORCHEM 206 - I Polyurethane Based Elastomeric Coating to the thickness of 1.5 mm over TAPECRETE slurry coat applied surface. iii) Laying of cement concrete of Mix 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 stone grit 6 mm and down size by volume) to an average thickness of 20mm and the concrete shall be admixed with Normal setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate of 2% by weight of cement over TAPECRETE applied surface. Conrete shall be cured by light spraying of water for the next 48 hours.
BASEMENT RAFT INTERNAL: i) Providing and Fixing 18 mm dia GI nozzles (the hole shall be about half the depth of the member to be grouted and nozzle should be 75mm length) in grid pattern at a spacing not more than 1.0 metre c/c while casting the raft slab and along construction joints at a spacing not more than 1.0 metre c/c along the construction joints. Nozzles can also be post fixed by drilling holes using drill machine and to be fixed with cement putty admixed with quick setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1by weight .The Caps shall be fixed in the mouth of the nozzles to avoid chocking of cement slurry etc, while concreting or Post fixing the Nozzle. (Nothing extra shall be paid for post fixing) ii) Applying injection grouting through the nozzles grouting pumps with a minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqcm with cement slurry admixed with CICO Non shrink Polymeric Water Proof Grouting Compound or approved equivalent at the rate of 2% by weight of cement .Grouting operations to be taken up after the raft / slab concrete reached the full strength, i.e 28 days after casting of concrete. iii) Cut the projected nozzles if required over the concrete surface iv) Sealing off the nozzles after grouting operation is over with cement putty admixed with quick setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1by weight.
BASEMENT RETAINING WALL - INTERNAL Providing and applying injection grouting on Basement Retaining walls internal surface using cement admixed with water proofing compound in the following order and as directed by Engineer–in–Charge : i) Making ' V ' grooves at the construction joints of size 20 x 20 mm and clean the surface with wire brush. ii) Providing and Fixing 18 mm dia GI nozzles (the hole shall be about half the depth of the member to be grouted and nozzle should be 50mm) the retaining wall and along construction joints at a spacing not more than 1m c/c. Nozzles (can also) shall be post fixed by drilling holes using drill machine and to be fixed with cement putty admixed with quick setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1by weight. iii) Filling the "V" Groove with CICO No. 3 Quick Setting Waterproofing Compound admixed with cement iv) Applying injection grouting through the nozzles by hand operated grouting pumps with a minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqcm with cement slurry admixed with CICO Non shrink Polymeric Water Proof Grouting Compound or approved equivalent at the rate of 2% by weight of cement .Grouting operations to be taken up after the concrete reached the full strength, i.e 28 days after casting of concrete. v) Cut the projected nozzles if required over the concrete surface. vi) Sealing off the nozzles after grouting operation is over with cement putty admixed with quick setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1by weight.
BASEMENT RETAING WALL -EXTERNAL Providing and applying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on Basement Retaining walls external surface, beam sides, sides etc using cement admixed with water proofing compound in the following order and and as directed by Engineer–in–Charge : i) Making ' V ' grooves at the construction joints of size 20 x 20 mm and clean the surface with wire brush, and filling the "V" Groove with CICO No. 3 Quick Setting Waterproofing Compound admixed with cement ii) Providing and applying one coat of TAPECRETE Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious Slurry Coat over well prepared surface as a Primer and applying CICO CORCHEM 206 - I Polyurethane Based Elastomeric Coating to the thickness of 1.5 mm over TAPECRETE slurry coat applied surface. iii) Lay protective plaster layer with 12mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with Normal setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate of 2% by weight of cement over the third coat of brush topping. Plaster shall be cured by spraying of water for the next 7days.
UG SUMP & STP - Top of RAFT INTERNAL i) Application 2 coats of TAPECRETE Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious Coating over top of Raft slab. ii) Laying of cement concrete of Mix 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 stone grit 6 mm and down size by volume) to an average thickness of 20mm and the concrete shall be admixed with Normal setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate of 2% by weight of cement over TAPECRETE applied surface. Conrete shall be cured by light spraying of water for the next 48 hours.
UG SUMP & STP - RETAINING WALL (INTERNAL) i) Application 2 coats of TAPECRETE Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious Coating over well prepared internal wall surface of UG sump and STP and the like if any. ii) Lay protective plaster layer with 12mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with Normal setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate of 2% by weight of cement over the third coat of brush topping. Plaster shall be cured by spraying of water for the next 7days.
TOILET SUNKEN AREA Treatment to bottom and sides of toilet sunken slab covering the following sequence of operations : i) Providing, supplying, mixing, applying two coats of TAPECRETE Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious Coating, over the plastered surface of bottom and sides of toilet sunken slab including preparation of surface, finishing, curing etc. all complete at all levels as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed. ii). Providing, supplying, mixing, laying cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound like CICO No.1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate specified by the manufacturer over coated surface of operation (a) above including preparation of surface, dewatering, finishing, curing, etc. all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed. iv) The rate shall also include sealing the pipe sleeves with CICO Grout - GP.
Supplying and filling the sunken slab area / top of terrace slab by BRICK- BATCOBA by adding CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent admixture at the rate specified in the manufacturer's specification after entire completion of laying pipes, sanitary fittings etc. Rate shall include for preparation of surface, protecting the laid pipes and sanitary fittings, finishing the surface smooth to receive the top coat of water proofing application etc. complete and all as directed.
TERRACE WATERPROOFING ( NON INSULATION AREA ) Prepare surface of RCC roof slab in terrace, side walls and gutter slab /wall (Vatta) and providing water proofing by BRICK - BAT COBA method using CICO NO:1 or other approved equivalent compound with cement mortar 1:3 as per specifications follows i) The roof slab / gutter slab shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and dust, and applying 2 coats of polymer based Elastomeric Coating like TAPECRETE - RTU (or) approved equivalent make compound and cured for 7 days and followed by a layer of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 admixed with CICO NO:1 (or) other approved equivalent make shall be spread over the prepared surface ii) On the spread mortar provide and lay well burnt brick bats (COBA) to a average minimum thickness of 55 mm (ie. minimum 40 mm thickness at lower end and 70 mm thickness at higher end). An additional layer of brick bat (COBA) shall be laid over the existing brick bat COBA surface if required to get the required gradient for adequate drainage giving a slope of approximately 1 in 100, which will be measured separately under relevant item. iii) The gap between brick bat shall be filled with cement mortar 1:4 admixed with waterproofing compound like CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent afterwards curing shall be carried out for two days a final layer of cement mortar of 1:3 admixed with water proofing compound like CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make shall be laid to a thickness of 20 mm and draw a falseline of 300 mm x 300 mm. Rate shall include for preparation of surface by mechanical upgrading to remove all loose mortar and laitance, oil, grease etc. and washing the surface with water to get neat surface,dewatering, finishing, curing, scaffolding, supply and adding water proofing chemicals at the specified proportion as per manufacturer's specifications, all materials, wastages, conveyance, tools and plants, mixing device and gauge, shuttering and also include for conducting leakage test at terrace by storing water on the terrace for about 25 mm depth continuously for a period of 7 days etc.complete, as directed.
TERRACE WATERPROOFING (WITH OVER DECK INSULATION AREA ) i)The concrete slab and wall surface shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and dust, and applying one coat of TAPECRETE Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious Slurry Coat over well prepared surface as a Primer and applying CICO CORCHEM 206 - I Polyurethane Based Elastomeric Coating to the thickness of 1.5 mm over TAPECRETE slurry coat applied surface. ii)Providing protective layer of plastering with CM 1 : 3 - 20 mm thick admixed with CICO No. 1 @ 2 % by weight of cement over treated area iii)Supplying and fixing Insulation, XPS, Make DOW or similar make of 75mm thick, laid crosswise with tape at joints including necessary material, labour etc complete. Providing and laying Geotextile Fabric over XPS insulation. iv) Spreading the CM 1 : 3 - 20 mm thick, provide and lay well burnt brick bats (COBA) to a average minimum thickness of 55 mm (ie. minimum 40 mm thickness at lower end and 70 mm thickness at higher end). Parapet / Terrace floor Junction The parapet side wall / gutter wall shall be throughly cleaned to remove all dust particles and a layer of 15 mm thick C.M 1:3 shall be laid to a height of about 300 mm above the top of the terrace/Gutter slab on the Parapet / Gutter side wall admixed with water proofing compound like the CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make.Providing, supplying, mixing, applying two coats of ready to use two component Acrylic polymer modified cement based, flexible, water proofing slurry like or approved equivalent to a thickness of 2 mm over the plastered surface of operation above including preparation of surface, dewatering, finishing, curing etc., all complete as per manufacturer's A vatta (Gola) is then prepared with brick bats using C.M 1:3 admixed with with water proofing compound like the CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make at the junction between the slab and wall. The vatta is further plastered with 20 mm thick C.M 1:3 mixed with with water proofing compound like the CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make above said. Rate shall include for conducting leakage test at terrace by storing water on the terrace for about 25 mm depth continuously for a period of 7 days and all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed.

SKY LIGHT ROOFING WORKS
Design, Supply, Fabrication, Installation in position tubular space frame structure for Sky light roofing to withstand a wind pressure 200 Kg/Sqm using members and node connectors, including the structural with 16mm thick multiwall insulated polycarbonate sheet with necessary Aluminium extruded sections, EPDM Gaskets, backer rod, Silicon sealant of DOW CORNING or equivalent make based on the following specifications :
Providing and fabricating space frame members (SPME / SPPM) of different types of members with factory galvanized structural steel tubes of grade YST 210, conforming to IS 1239 and IS 1161 and square section conforming to IS 4923, as per specifications given under code SPME/SPPM. Rate shall include for painting one coat of etch primer and two coats of Polyurethane Paint over one coat of etch primer and provide smoke vent wherever required. High tensile bolts of minimum 10.9 grade conforming to IS 1363 should be used. End cone shall be welded to the tubes confirming to the specification.
All circular tubes should be factory Galvanized and galvanizing thickness should not be less than 75 microns. Other than circular tubes, like square hollow section, cones etc. should be hot dip galvanized. Space frame members which are not galvanized prior to assembly / erection shall also be hot dip galvanized. Where the galvanized coat on G.I pipes & space frame members is disturbed during cutting, welding, threading or any other fabrication, the galvanizing shall be made good by a fresh coat of hot dip galvanizing as per IS 2629 and IS:4759 and as specified under “Hot dip galvanizing” specification elsewhere and confirming to the specification and codes
Material specification codes are as under:
a) Code No: SPME : Space frame members out of tubular members of Grade YST 210 conforming to IS 1161 and IS 1239 with provision for interconnecting the proprietary nodes and fastening by high tensile bolts.
b) Code No:SPPM : Space frame purlin members out of square hollow section or as specified conforming to IS 1161 with provision for inter connection to space frame members and fastening by high tensile bolts.
c) Code no:SPJT : Proprietary node designed as per relevant IS/BS/ISO/DIN/ASTM codes for an uniaxial capacity and grade of material and forged conforming to IS 2004 or cast in accordance with IS 1865.

Scanning before drilling to be done to avoid hitting existing rebars ; providing and supplying HIT-RE500V3 with HIT-V Threaded Rod. The product should be approved by ETA, ICC, CSTB, COLA, BZS with Shock approval, Seismic (C1 & C2) approval, Fatigue and Fire Approvals in anchors to use in cracked concrete, tested for service temperature of -40 deg. C to +80 deg. C. The cemical should have an ETA approval for 100 years age testing. Anchoring with HIT-V with RE500V3 to be designed as per guidelines of TR 029. Rain water drainage - syphonic system
Design & execution of roof rain water drainage, refuge areas and open courtyard between the two towers with suitable outlets conforming to BS EN 12056-3
Scope: > Contractor to provide the required design calculations, working drawings showing sizes, routing, invert levels, points of access, connection to drain and outlets, etc. for consultant's approval. > Two copies of the working drawings will be issued to the site engineer. > The installer will issue four bound copies of operating and maintenance manuals for the rainwater disposal system to include the following as minimum:- < Description of systems installed. < Planned maintenance requirements. < Details of guarantee. < Calculations. < Isometrics drawings < It should be noted that the installation would not be deemed complete until the Operating and Maintenance Manuals have been issued and accepted. > All completed rainwater systems to be air tested to a minimum of 100mm water gauge over 3 minutes. There will be no drop in pressure during this period in time. or > water test to be performed to 3 bar pressure for 15 min time.
> Rain water outlet consists of outlet grating with function disc, base unit with contact sheet, anti condensation insulation, protection box cover > HDPE pipework of suitable sizes to be joint by fusion welding either electro sleeve coupling or butt weld. > All the bends unless otherwise specified to be 45 deg. > Supports to be purpose made and supplied by the designer > All horizontal rainwater pipework installed above the office areas, etc. to be insulated using 40mm thick foil backed mineral wool. All joints to be taped and vapour sealed. > The insulation to be fitted with identification bands at 3000mm centres indicating that the pipework is a "Rainwater Pipe"
EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY - ADDITIONAL WORKS Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of non pressurised solar water heating system of approved make with triple layer evacuated tube technology, corrosion resistant aluminium alloy stand, SS 316L hot water storage tank with 50mm thick puf insulation & electrical backup. Hot water system to be with return piping & recirculation pump. Double regulating valves with pressure gauges & temperature gauges to be installed in all the floors. All the other accessories to be considered. System to be with timer and control panel. Al alloy stand need to provide, three layered evacuvated tube system. Design, supply, installation and commissioning of sewage treatment Plant (STP) of 80 KLD based on MBBR technology with UF (ultra filtration) of 4 cu.m.hr. Vender to provide details of all design items including civil works as per apporved specifications, drawings and Instruction of engineering incharge. Vendor shall maintain the plant for at least 6 months from the date of commissioning.
