REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete

Supply and application of 4mm thick self-smoothening breathable Polyurethane cementitious Flooring system including filler material or mortar for repairs of Low depth patched up to depth of 10 - 15 mm including Scrubbing of Old Flooring where ever Required, desired level of Surface Preparation as per Manufacturer's Specification complete in all respects.

Supply, fitting and fixing Industrial type automatic powerless (wind driven) roof top Air Ventilator of Size: 24 Inch made with stainless steel of 304 grade, mounted over FRP base plate. The rate is inclusive of SS air ventilator with necessary mounting arrangements, base plate, Screw etc matching with profile roof sheets all complete. The joints between the corrugated roofing sheet and the FRP base of Air ventilator must be watertight by providing suitable waterproofing materials etc complete in all respect.

Providing all materials, labour, T&P for laying of following dia M.S. heavy grade class C pipes conforming to IS:1239/IS:3589 with ISI mark & required sizes of fitting like off set, bend, tee, reducer, flange & flange joints etc. as per site condition including gas cutting by oxygen and acetelene gas flame, fitting and setting as per required size wherever necessary, jointing the pipes by electric welding confirming to( IS specification and electrodes confirming to IS specification after 'V' grove cutting. supporting/fixing the pipe on floor / wall /ceiling with clamps, hangers (using anchor fasteners) or angle iron, G.I. pipe sleeve of suitable higher size shall be provided including cutting holes and chases in brick/RCC wall/roof/chajja and making good the same to original condition. Supplying & fixing of powder type fire extinguisher (stored pressure type confirming to IS:15683:2006) 6 Kg. capacity with initial refill of ISI marked ABC powder completed with squeeze grip, release valve, discharge pipe, pressure gauge, locking safety clip, mounting bracket etc. i/c fixing on wall etc. as required.

OUTER DEVELOPMENT (FABRICATION SHOP)

Extra for compaction of earth work in embankment under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desireddensity, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarseand fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as perspecifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture contentto be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid witha mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M- 30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately) Note: Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340Kg/Cum. Excess/Less cement used as per design mix is payable, recoverable separately. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer.

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification). 25mm thick

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineer in-Charge. 80mm thick Cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. (for Kerb Stone)
