Boring 8 bore holes through all kinds of soil upto a depth of 10 mtrs (min) for bldgs below ground level or upto strain value > 50, collecting samples and conducting necessary field tests as per the following parameters:- (i) Depth of bore holes may be taken minimum 10mtrs or N value reaches 50, whichever is earlier. (ii) SPT value at every 0.75 m intervals and change of strata. (iii) Grain size distribution and analysis. (iv) Soil characteristics. (v) Value of cohesion and angle of internal friction. (vi) Recommended SBC at different depths of foundation i.e. at 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm. (vii) SBC and its calculation based on 'N' value shear strength and settlement criteria should be worked out for following size of footing : 1.5 x1.5,1.5 x 2.5, 2 x 2.5 , 2 x3m & 2.5 x3m (viii) Depth of water table (maximum and minimum). (ix) Depth of expansive soil and its properties, if any. (x) Recommendations for type of foundation. (xi) Recommendation as regards possibility of liquefication of soil in case of standard or partially saturated or uncompacted sandy soil. (xii)Recommendation for filling under floors and filling under protection including plinth protection. (xiii) Chemical analysis of soil. (xiv) Details of soil profile and bore logs. (xv) Any other recommendations. Note: Soil Investigation & the Report shall be as per NBC, IS 1892, 2131, 2132, 1888, 2720, 1904, 6403, 8009, 1498, 4968 and SP 36 in general. Note:. Rate quoted shall include Charges for Moblilisation of equipment &shifting of Rigs from one bore hole location to another bore hole.

(ii) SPT value at every 0.75 m intervals and change of strata. (iii) Grain size distribution and analysis. (iv) Soil characteristics. (v) Value of cohesion and angle of internal friction. Conducting necessary Laboratory tests on samples and submission of report including recommendations, etc. in duplicate as per the parameters specified in item No. 1&2 above including site plan showing the no. of bore holes, location and inter distance from each other complete all as specified and as directed.
