Widening and Strengthning of Kanhaiya Nagar Trilokpur Ramvangaman Road (ODR) in District Pratapgarh FY -2024-25

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per morth specification no. 301. icluding cost of all labour, material . for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement.as per morth specification no. 305 including cost of all labour, material. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Morth specification no. 401. icluding cost of all labour, material and royalty. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with motor grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per clause 406. icluding cost of all labour, material and royalty. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS-2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means, as per clause 502.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam(75 mm) with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5% with VG-30 by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per SI-503. icluding cost of all labour, material for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (40 mm) with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ VG-30 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. icluding cost of all labour, materia land royalty. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, ackfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.as per Morth specification no. 3.13 (304). icluding cost of all labour, material. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. as per Sl No-12.04. icluding cost of all labour, material and royalty. for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and Laying Relnforced Cement Concrete Plpe NP3 as per design in Double Row. Providing and Laying Relnforced Cement Concrete Pipe(350 mm dia) NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in double row including fixing collar with cement morter 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets. icluding cost of all labour, material . for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.

Providing and Laying Relnforced Cement Concrete Plpe NP3 as per design in Double Row. Providing and Laying Relnforced Cement Concrete Pipe(600 mm dia) NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in double row including fixing collar with cement morter 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets. icluding cost of all labour, material . for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I but GST will be paid extra as per prevelling rules.
