4)The Optimiser should be capable of governing the sequencing/staging/de-staging/cyclicity of up to 5 variable speed Chillers on evaporator side, up to 5 Variable Speed Primary Pumps and 5 variable speed Condenser pumps (IP 54 VFDs mounted on wall), Modulating Chiller Isolation Valves ON/OFF, VFD based Cooling Tower Fans- 3 Nos Open cell cooling tower + 4th Cooling tower - adiabatic having 3 sets of modules (CT Fan panels to have REMOTE/LOCAL/AUTO options) for the mentioned Equipments.
5)The Controller shall include a 10 inch back-lit touch-screen Display for all necessary user interface functions. The Optimiser controller shall have a key lockable IP55 rated cabinet. The Optimiser controller shall have four levels of authentications based on user profile (Operator/Admin/End Customer/Service) along with AUTO/SOFT modes. The optimiser should come with a default USB drive for storing data in csv format for further downstream analysis.
