Material and Labour for complete repair to out door unit of 1.5 TR capacity Split type AC Unit, including taking down all the components tinkering the rusted portion, renewal of complete rusted sheet metal parts, with the same thickness M.S. sheet as per the existing size & shape including cutting, bending welding, drilling etc., including renewal of all nut & bolts sheet metal screws, mounting legs, rubber bushes, and cleaning & prepare the surface thoroughly, applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer fixing of all components, brazing the refrigeration piping and shifting to its original position and connecting up all electrical connections and testing, complete all as specified as directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning flushing the refrigeration system of 1.5 TR capacity thoroughly with CTC, and Nitrogen gas, leak testing and locating the leaks, rectifying the leaks, by brazing the joints, replacing the damaged copper pipes, silver rod/ copper. Pressure testing, dehydrating, vaccumissing, gas charging testing & commissioning the system the work includes required strainer, N2 gas, Refrigeration gas and transportions Handling the unit. complete all as specified as directed.

Material and Labour for painting the water cooler including scraping out the old paint prepare the surface, painting 2 coat of enamel paint over a coat of primer, the work including necessary putty, metal paste etc., and disconnecting from the position and refixing after painting for any capacity of the water coolers.

Material and Labour for to the water cooler tank and cooling coil by dismantling the water cooler and carried out the lead soldering to cooling coil to the tank outer surface where ever the detached portion and rectify the leaks portion and re-assembly the water cooler of any capacity.

Material and Labour for taking down the damaged thermal insulation of the water cooler, and renew the thermal insulation as per the existing thickness and assembling the body with necessary sheet metal screws etc., for any capacity water coolers.

Material and labour for strip Opening of existing unsv chiller unit for the following repair/replacement at AC Plants:-

Material and labour for servicing/cleaning of chiller unit including aluminium fins with dilute chemical solution under high pressure of flow and with the help of nylon brush 3-4 times followed by the cleaning and washing with water (water point shall be given at AC Plant) so that chemical solution is completely cleaned out from the system. Replacement of nut, bolt and washers of suitable size whichever are existing UNSV, assembling the dismantled parts carefully, sealing all joints with ruptum brazing as required and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of existing oil seal assembly and key of the shaft and testing for any leakage of coolant and testing the same and rectifying the defects noticed as per directed.

Dismantling both the condensing fans for 30TR capacity with proper tools and testing the same and rectifying the defects noticed and reassembling the same by supplying replacement of existing UNSV key, bearings,Shaft and fan blades fixing arrangements of suitable size as required and proper greasing of the same wherever necessary.

Descaling of chiller water pipe line of 24/30 TR chiller plant by draining chilled water from equipments and pipes. Recirculating water inside the pipes with descaling liquid solution(Carbon Tetra Chloride Solution) and flushing out 3-4 times. Recirculating fresh water inside the pipes and flushing out five to six times so that descaling liquid is completely cleaned out along with Scales from the pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling the defective induction motor of 3 HP to 5 HP any make, any duty or any class of insulation from the bed, duly coupled with pump/ compressor, transporting to workshop, removing burnt out winding from stator/ rotor, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make and replacing drive end and non drive end bearings, insulation materials, varnishing, heating, re-assembling, testing and commissioning of the following capacities including replacing base frame bolts & nuts complete all as directed:

M&L for taking down mono block type water pumps of 03 to 05 HP by disconnecting the power supply cables, water lines both inlet & outlet, providing dummy flanges with gasket and overhauling pump sets, renewal of the worn out gland packages/ seal pack, bearings, bushes and gasket packing, greasing cleaning & removal of the scale in impeller, assembling the pump sets fixing in position, inter connecting the suction & discharges, connecting up the cable, testing and commission the following capacity pumps. All as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down the defective fan motor of flange mounted extended type shaft upto 3 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, along with fan assembly, and dismantling the motor complete cleaning with CTC, including rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge copper wire, necessary paper, tape, terminal etc., insulation shall be of class ‘F’ and degree of protection shall be IP-55, the work includes renewal of all corroded bolts & nuts, terminal block, and assembling, fixing in position, fixing of fan blade, and alignment of the fan blade for the suitable air throw of the cooling tower, testing & commissioning the cooling tower motor. all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 24 Gauge of any heights including dismantling old defective one.

Removing the wornout duct insulation carefully , cleaning/preparation of surfaces and M&L for duct insulation (40 MM THICK) with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:-a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

Supply and laying 50mm dia M S Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes as shown including dismantling old unserviceable pipes.

M & L for de-scaling the condenser of capacity 24 TR (of Chilled water type central AC plant) by using Sulphuric acid agent with continuous circulation pump and finally neutralizing with fresh water by opening both end covers of shell and tube condensers, cleaning with nylon brushes, re-fixing the end covers with new rubber gaskets, greasing the nuts/ bolts and testing and commissioning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the 30 TR Air cooled chiller of OT AC plant from its foundation, disconnecting pipes/refrigerant circuit/control wiring, transporting it to workshop, strip opening all spares, assessing the serviceability ,replacement of defective spares,re-assembling, testing & commissioning, pressure testing, vacuum & refrigerant charging etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
