REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL LT SIDE WATER SUPPLY AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT DGBR AREA UNDER GE WEST DELHI CANTT 10

Servicing of DG sets 100 KVA installed at HQ DGBR; including routine checking of all Engine and alternator parts for its servicing/durability complete all as per manufacturer recommendatations and including repair of followings parts in all DGs :- (a) Drain out the lubricating oil from sump and refilling after proper cleaning. (b) Replace Engine Oil filter cartridge with New one. (c) Replace fuel filter cartridge with New one. (d) Replace coolant fine filter with new one. (e) Replace air filter with New one. (f) Check tightness of all nuts and bolts (g) Check adjustment of V belt, driving engine water pump and alternator. (h) Assembling complete old serviceable parts and repair of old unserviceable parts by new one as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (j) Testing of DG set after servicing as per Engr –in Charge. (k) Cleaning of air filter, fuel tank and radiator (Radiator should be clean with commpressed air and commpressor should be arrange by Contractor itself) every month as per requirement as per manufactures manual. Note:- (i) Any minor parts such as screws, washers, split pin , circlip etc shall be supplied by the firm, rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) The servicing of DG Sets shall be carried out all as per direction of Enge-in-Charge and site requirements. (iii) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing of DG/engines shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F Oil filter as per exsting make and size for DG Set of capacity 100 KVA as per sample.

S & F Fuel filter as per exsting make and size for DG Set of capacity 100 KVA as per sample. .

S & F Air filter as per exsting make and size for DG Set of capacity 100 KVA as per sample. .

Supply and Filing of coolant in DGs all as specified and directed by Enger-in-Charge.

Supply and Filling of lubricant oil (15-20)W-40 in replacemen in DGs all as specified and directed by Enger-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down repair and refixing of self starter of 100 KVA DG capacity including repair of burn field coil repair of armature and carbon bush holder and carbon bush point and solinoid coil, complete all as specified.

M & L for Repair/servicing of radiator assembly of 100 KVA DG Set (Greaves) after dismanteling and removing cooling fans, guard plates and lowering the same from engine after draining out water from radiator and scrapping / removing sludge / scale inside tank with acid including repair MS tank (botom portion) at rusted portion by cutting/ welding / brazing with 2mm thick copper plate including painting. Remounting the same at its original position and repalcement of pre mixed coolent as per the ratio fixed by manufacturer and testing complete all as directed by Enginer-in-Charge. (Note- Pre mixed coolent shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule)

M & L for Repair of battery Charger of any make including taking out from site and transporting to the electrical repair shop and taking back after repair and fix to the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Disconnecting, taking out carefully old unserviceable AVR unit, supply & fixing, connecting and testing new AVR unit as per existing make and model suitable for DG set of 100 KVA capacity.

Material and labour in repair for CI butterfly valve of following sizes, stainless steel disc, gear mountable as per 13095 Class PN-1.0 complete with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets including taking out old unserviceable butterfly valve and deposting to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair fully automatic star delta starter suitable for motor of capacity 12.5 HP including all contactors and wiring with suitable size of copper wire.

M&L for cleaning of under & over ground RCC water sump of cap 30,000 gallon thoroughly by scrapping/removing setteled silt on the wall and bottom surface washing with clean water after removing silt algess etc including colour wash as per existing colour on outer surface of the sump complete all as speciifed and directed.

M&L for flux board of size not more than 1.0 m X 1.0 m with lamination on wooden base frame with wood bidding including working details of plant of machinery of E/M installations (as directed by Engr-in-Charge) including fixing on wall with suitable nos of hooks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Detecting leakage of water supply pipe lines of Galvanised iron of size 100 mm bore from any location, any depth and repairing by providing jointing material,"D" joints, union, clamps, nuts, washers & bolts and including any GI fittings etc. complete all as directed and specified including earth work etc.

M&L for construction of brick masonnary with full brick wall chamber size of 900x900x900mm internal dimension with earth work in any type of soil , PCC M-10 (Nominal Mix ) type C-2 as in foundation , brick work in CM1:4, 15mm thick plaster in CM1:4 internally and externally , flush pointed in same mortar as work proceeds , 75mm thick PCC coping all around M-15 (Nominal Mix ) with 20mm stone aggregate , flooring shall 40mm thick PCC M-15 (Nominal Mix ) laid over 75mm thick hard core.
