ARRIVAL CAROUSELS Design, Manufacturing and Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of following equipments / components of arrival conveyor system and conveyor layout drawings, including supply of required length of power, IT network and control cables from control panel to various drive units, including accessories as per technical specification.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of motorised fire shutter as per site requirement in the wall opening (wall between passenger and non passenger area), limit switches, wiring & integration with control panel etc for arrival BHS complete in all respect including supply & fixing draught curtain in the opening wherever conveyor passing through the wall, including supply and laying control and power cables up to control panel completion as required & as per technical specifications. (Including 2 year DLP period)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Transport conveyor (Straight / Decline) as per requirement useful belt width 900 mm (minimum) including IE 3 motors, drive units as required, including supplying & laying power and control cabling upto control panel and wiring etc. complete as required and as per technical specifications. (Including 2 year DLP period)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Queueing conveyor as per requirement useful belt width 900 mm (minimum) including IE 3 motors, drive units as required, wiring, including supplying & laying power and control cabling upto control panel and wiring etc. complete as required and as per technical specifications. (Including 2 year DLP period)

Dismantling of existing Arrival Baggage Handling System and its associated feeder conveyors in all respect including motors, drive units, Soft/VFD starter, control panels as required, wirings, cabling upto control panel etc. located at Ground floor of terminal of Bhopal International Airport including packing of equipments as per OEM standard and moving from installation site to AAI designated storage area / Re-installation area within Bhopal Airport premises.

Reinstallation & commissioning of removed 1 no. of Arrival carousel with integration of complete arrival conveyor assembly including existing motors, drive units, Soft were, VFD starter, control panels as required, wirings / Power cable / control cables, cabling up to control panel etc. at lower ground floor area with replacement of any damaged slats or wheels complete etc. as required. Note: If agency unable to update/ integrate of existing software and supply install new software in place of existing software no extra payment will be made in this account (Including 2 year DLP period)

Operation & All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of complete Arrival Baggage Handling System (For Item No. 1.01, 1.02, 1.03 & 3.00) including all consumable and required for troubleshooting, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of manufacturer and instructions of engineer-in-charge for maintaining the system in acceptable functional, operational and serviceable state.
