Supply of Unidirectional Elevated Type High Intensity Approach Light Fitting suitable for use with upto 200W 6.6A halogen lamp complete with prefocus lamp holder, 200 watt 6.6 A halogen lamp , lens / spreader glass, lens holding mechanism, reflector assembly, elevation and horizontal adjustment mechanism, breakable coupling , central column mounting assembly, gaskets, two pin secondary lead plug suitable for connection with isolating transformer, base plate with 6 nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring & plain washers & other accessories etc. and confirming to particular specification with following lens including lamp etc. as required to meet latest ICAO requirement.

Elevated Approach Light Fittings

Dismantling of existing old elevated type Runway / Taxiway/Approach light fitting and handing over to AAI store complete as required.

Supply of Alignment device for Elevated Runway Approach / Threshold / End Light with following features complete with all accessories as required. (Make / Model : AD-APN of similar) a)Shall have accurate telescope for exact horizontal alignment. b) Shall have digital clinometer for accurate vertical alignment. c) Shall have provision for toe-in angle setting.

SH:II - SITC of CCR's & Supply and laying of Airfield Lighting series cable's for existing RGL. SITC of Indoor Type Air Cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Micro Processor Controlled, Thyristor Type suitable for operation on single phase 230V / 2-phase 400V AC + PE ± 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system with digital output anmeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipments, hours run counter, LCD display complete as required for the following rating and confirm to specifications enclosed and suitable for operation incluiding configaration with the existing Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) with communication, local and remote control and monitoring event and data recording and history keeping etc complete as required - 4.0 KW (For Taxiway)

Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box,water tight, round type,metal container of Dimension outside height 450mm, Outside Diameter 330mm, made of 10mm thick all around,top Surface 15mm thick smoothly machined to receive base of light fixture base plate, installed underground/cc grouting for housing isolation transformer, AFL cable leads, having a clear holes centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive Two Nos of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe fixed with check nuts and other holes at 250mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nuts as required. CI box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm with tapped holes inside near the hole and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface, 6 nos. M-10 taped holes at hole centre of 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as per the drawings & Technical specifications etc complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4 150mm thick. The top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with checknuts for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and re-filling as per Technical specifications (wherever the CI Transformer Housing Boxes are in a line, the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.

Supply of 6 sqmm , 5 KV grade, single core stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Unshielded , anti termite and anti rodent treated Airport Lighting UG Cable generally confirming to IS 1554 Part-II with up to date ammendments .

Supply of 6 sq mm 5 KV grade dry type Plug and Receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, complete as required confirming to AAI particular specifications.

Making field connections by crimping of 6 sq mm size plug & receptable with suitable existing size single core PVC cu. Conductor cable of 5 KV grade Airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.

Supply of 50mm (OD) size HDPE pipe,PN4 grade, PE 63, ISI marked conforming to IS 4984:1995 complete as required.

Excavation for cable trenches by Mechanical/Hydraulic excavator of minimum depth 75cm and minimum width of 35cm in all kind of soil including getting out the excavated soil and Refilling of available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches after laying of cable/ pipe etc. and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Laying of 50mm (OD) size HDPE,PN4 grade, PE 63 HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Laying/Drawing of 2 runs/number of 6 sqmm AFL Cable in the existing HDPE/RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved with “GLF-RGL” complete as required.

Making Horizontal drilling(HDD) by trencheless directional drilling (HDD) method by deploying HDD machines under runway/taxiway in depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs suitable to lay 110 mm dia pipe with necessary arrangements of exit & entry masonary chambers, water supply, supply and laying of 110 mm dia HDPE pipe of PN6 P80 of approved make through the drilled holes leaving 2 mtr extra on both the ends etc. complete as required.

Cutting of existing road (6 metres wide and 0.5 metres length, 25 cm depth) and making good the same after laying of GI pipe with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) grade with labour complete as required as per site requirement.

Construction of brick masonary chamber in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 coarse sand) with foundation concrate 1:5:10 mix (1 cement: 5 coarse sand 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per site requirement. (chamber size 750mm x 750mm and 750mm and deep With common burnt clay F.P.S. non-modular brick)

Supply and fixing of chequered plate of 5 mm thick including cutting to required size using gas cutter and lay the same over the chamber. fixing of nosing angle and supporting handle for chequered plate, related civil works, finishing etc. and painting with two coats of enamel paint over one coat of Zinchromate primer complete as required as per site requirement.
