( clear area of mesh will be measured for payments )

NS/2- Complete item rate for day to day maintenance job Per Day as per Railway Engineer instructions at Railway stations and colonies by deploying contractor's own skillled/unskilled workers of all buildings, structures, all general areas in the jurisdiction of concerned SSE/Works . (a) Deployment of Skilled Mason/ Carpenter/Plumber/Blacksmith to complete the day to day maintenance job work as per Railway Engineer instructions at Railway stations and colonies by deploying contractor's own Skilled workers of all buildings, structures, all general areas in the jurisdiction of concerned SSE/Works with Contractor's own labor. Note - The unit of item will be Per Man Per Day. NS/4-- Cutting of trees from root / ground level having Each Girth of 0.60 to 2.50 m with contractors own T & P , labor and carting the wood up to SSE (Works - I ) RTM. Contractors will take all preventive safety measures for not to damage any railway structure / roof . Work is to be done as per instruction of site engineer.

NS/5- Trimming & cutting of trees branches / trees having Each Girth up to 1.20 m with contractors own T & P , labor and carting the wood up to SSE-Works godown. Contractors will take all preventive safety measures for not to damage any railway structure / roof . Work is to be done as per instruction of site engineer.

NS/6 - supplying OPC ( other specification and item detail MT will remain same as USSOR (works and material 2011 chapter 25 of same relevant item number ) Note - If OPC is not available , PPC can supply as per site requirement

NS/13- Hiring of JCB Machine (in good working condition) Hour for leveling and dressing ground / dismantling structures including disposal of debris through dumpers etc. with contractor's labor, JCB machine, machine operator, fuel, etc. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site

NS/14 - Supply unslaked lime ( other specification and item Quintal detail will remain same as USSOR (works and material 2011 chapter 25 of same relevant item number )

NS/15- Hiring of lifting device capacity 2-12 MT i.e Hydra or Hour similar for railway use .Rate includes all fuel , oil helper , driver, taxes etc . machinery shall be in good working condition with all legal documents . Time will be counted when working/job of railway start.

16/NS - Hiring of tractor with standard size trolley for Per Trip carting purpose .rate includes all fuel , oil helper , driver, taxes etc .Tractor and trolley shall be in good working condition with all legal documents of vehicle . Rates includes loading , unloading man power as per requirement and as per instruction of site engineer and disposing loaded material up to 5.0 km too and fro

NS/17 - Jet faucet - Providing and fixing health faucet Each (ABS) with rubit cleaning system 1.25 m long PVC flexible tube ( model no F 160027 of hind ware ) complete with all labor , material , fixtures , taxes VAT etc make hind ware ,/cera / jaguar or similar approved by site engineer

NS/18 - Hiring of 8 tonne capacity road vibration roller for Hour compacting purpose & oher Railway similar use Including operator, helper, cleaner, fuel ,oil ,Maintanance etc complete. Note - Only Actual working time at site will be paid . Total 2407433.66
