Supply and delivery & inserting the 900mm dia MS pipe in the trenchless conduit crossing the GNT Road in the 900mm dia pipeline catering water to Puzhal WTP from Madhavaram product water pumphouse and allied works

Disjointing and removing of existing 900mm dia DI pipes from 2000mm dia RCC encasing pipe at a depth of 5.0m from the ground level after lifting the DI pipes to transporting, stacking at store lead distance 25 KM from the site. The rates are including required material, equipment, tools and plants, labour etc. (excluding excavation)

Supply and Delivery of (914 mm OD & 10mm thickness) MS pipes - SPIRAL/LONGITUDIDNAL WELDING AS PER IS 3589/2001 WITH INTERNAL LINING AND EXTERNAL COATING MADE WITH FE410, the pipes shall be internally lined with plant applied cement mortar lining 1:2, The Lining thickness shall be 12 mm as per Table -8 of IS 3589:2001 including transportation

Cutting asphalitc concrete road non bus route

Inserting 900mm dia MS service pipe lower in to the existing 2000mmdia RCC encasing pipe at an average depth of 5.0 M from the ground level complete as directed by the engineer in charge (All labours, tools & plants, equipment including MS welding of 900mm dia MS pipes for inserting pipes are to be supplied by the tenders/contractors at his own cost) Except the cost of 900mm dia MS pipes.

Laying of 900mm dia M.S.pipes for open cut method and taking the pipe from the stacking yard to the site including earth work excavation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil depositing the earth on banks with initial lead of 10metres and initial lift of 2m, timbering the trenches, pumping out subsoil water, lowering the pipes including MS welding for 900mm dia MS pipes into the trenches, etc.

Supply and Delivery of 2nos of 900mm dia DI Flanged tail piece of 0.6m length, Specials as per IS 9523/2000

Supply and Delivery of 2 nos of 900mm dia MS Flanged tail piece of 1m length

Supply and Fabrication of suitable size M.S clamp for fixing the 900mm MS transmission pipe to avoid the lifting of pipe during pumping. (Including all tools & materials, equipment for welding, cutting, etc)

Dismantling and Reconstruction of driving pit chamber

Supplying and fabricating CRS/Thermo Mechanically Treated High Corrosion Resistance bars manufactured by Primary steel producers/Integrated Steel Plants as per IS:1786- 2008,including fixing with binding wires, assembling and laying in position for all RCC works as follows 10 - 32 mm dia rod (Fe-500 D Grade with CRS material)

Providing form work with centering for soffits of reinforced cement concrete slabs or plain surfaces including strutting upto 3m high

Cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for reinforced concrete works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of steel reinforcement but including laying in position, compacting, curing, finishing, etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (Crushed stone sand (M-sand)) for 15mm thick including curing, etc., complete

Supplying and filling Crushed stone sand (M-sand) for foundations and basement including watering consolidating ramming, etc., complete

Providing Iron Barricading of size 2.50 m width and 1.75 m height using 40x40x4 mm angle for outer frame supports, 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle for inner frame supports and 20 gauge thickness MS sheet for name board (as per drawing) including cutting, welding, fabrication charges and one coat of primer and 2 coats of enamel paint of approved quality, writing "METRO WATER" & work detail/ caution sign, providing necessary interlocking arrangements with adjoining units, fixing danger flags, danger lights, reflectors, fixing stickers etc, including watching during night and placing the barricading units as directed at the sites.

Testing of M.S./C.I./P.V.C./D.I pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water @Rs.73/KL) and testing to recommended pressure inconvenient stetches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes, including other incidental and operational charges, etc., complete for the following diametres of pipes.

Refilling with excavated soils (other than sand) complying with standard specifications for filling in foundations and basement

Restoration charges of Road cut for a intial depth of 1m including necessary Earth Work Excavation to a depth of 0.78m deep and 1m width, providing and laying Quarry Rubbish 150mm thick, Granular sub base 250mm thick, Wetmix Macadam 200mm thick and 100mm thick M15 grade Cement Concrete with 50mm thick Bituminous macadam and 3.5m width of 30mm thick Bituminous Concrete including carting away the excavated earth and cold milling charges,.and all other incidental charges., etc,complete for Interior BT Roads.
