Trimming of tree branches, which causing hindrance to free vehicle movement, blocking street light and touching the building etc., on road sides, avenues, streets and near buildings, including cutting the branches of trees using necessary tools, collecting, transporting and disposing them at places shown by the department using their own means of conveyance all as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Beyond 300mm girth upto and including 600mm girth.

Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone in foundations, trenches etc. including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing, erecting, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works at all lifts and all shapes such as circular works, chamfers, splays, etc., using Steel / Plywood shuttering including centering, scaffolding, strutting, propping with necessary bracing in all areas, fixing of EPs, cutting holes and fixing pipe sleeves, applying of approved form oil over surface in contact with concrete, de-shuttering after specified curing period, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. [Note : Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Stop boards for construction joints will not be measured seperately for payment. Centering and shuttering where exceeding 3.5m height in one floor shall be measured and paid for seperately.]

For Plain Surfaces upto 3.5m Lvl

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications. Note : 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

M 30 Grade Concrete (The Cement content considered is 370 Kg per Cu.m) - Upto FFL

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding Steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using approved well cured flyash bricks (made as per IS 12894 or latest edition) in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand. (Flyash+crushed stone sand+ lime+ additve/cement with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators) (non modular of class designation 5.0 ) with mortar in the ratio 1:1:4, where 1 part of flyash(IS 3812 or latest), 1 part of cement (IS 269 latest) and 4 parts of fine aggregate(IS 2116 latest), including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

Supplying, fitting, fixing in position of 5mm thickness Tinted glass of approved colour of "Saint Gobain" or approved equivalent make for doors, partition, windows, fixed glazing, louvers, etc., including fixing with putty, TW beading, Neoprene gasket, etc., all complete as per drawing and specifications.

Repairing, re-aligning and making good of aluminium doors, windows by removing making all modification and refixing in its original position including servicing and replacing gaskets, cleats, pins etc., wherever necessary, etc., all as directed. (NOTE: The Rate quoted shall be for each window)

Providing and fixing in position Aluminium partitions, doors, windows, ventilators, louvers, fixed glazing, sliding windows north light glazing, sliding shutter 'E' Channel, trellis, etc., using heavy duty standard anodized aluminium extruded sections, anodized aluminium sheets as per relevant IS code of "JINDAL" or approved equivalent make including pivots, approved door and window handles, door stopper, EPDM gasket, neoprene gasket lining, stainless steel screw, mastic filling, weather strips, washers, reinforcing the door shutters at top and bottom with MS rod threaded and fixed to vertical members, etc., as required and as per drawing etc., all complete at all heights and as directed by the Engineer in charge. NOTE:- 1. Payment shall be made on the basis of weight of aluminium members/section fabricated and actually installed in position without extra allowance for wastage no extra payment shall be made for non-aluminium consumable items like screws, gasket, weather strips PVC/Neoprene lining, sliding wheels for windows, in built tower bolt, reinforcing rods, etc., 2. Glazing, particle boards, Aluminium grills, mesh etc., will be paid separately under relevant items. 3. All fittings except under Note-1 will be paid seperately under relevant item and the fittings shall be of matching colour anodized aluminium sections. 4. The aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required cleat angles at no extra cost. 5. The aluminium section shall be anodized with "MATT FINISH" (15 micron thick) finishing and of approved shade / colour with the approval of Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling the gap in between Door/ window frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work using weather silicon sealant of approved quality including cleaning the surface by removing dust/ loose particles, cut the nozzle/ tip of the cartridge according to gap size, apply the sealant using sealant gun, finish the surface using knife or suitable tool, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating bending and fixing the position of AISI 304 grade stainless steel section for hand railing/hanger rods made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates, etc., of required size including butt / mitre welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, drilling holes in floor/walls embedding/ grouting with suitable grouting materials, etc., all complete as per drawing and specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- 1. The stainless steel tubular pipe/ section shall conform to ASTM A554/A312. 2. All welding joint shall conform to V groove joint and joint shall be ground finish. 3. There shall not be any spatter or imperfection on the pipe and the pipe surface shall be ground and smooth. 4. External surface of SS pipe shall be buffed to mirror finish. 5. The rate shall be inclusive of providing ball joiners, flush joiners, base plate/flanges, cover plate, end caps epoxy glue, round face/square face glass connecters for fixing etched colour glass if any of required size with gaskets including curved railings where ever required cost of screws, weld etc., 6. The entire pattern of stainless steel hand railing work/pattern including fixing of etched glass, if any in the hand rail shall be got approval by Engineer in charge/Achitect before execution. 7. Only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc., for payment purpose

Replacing the damaged existing mesh by providing and fixing Fly proof Stainless Steel (Grade 304) wire gauze of 0.4mm dia wire and 1.4mm aperture on both sides of approved quality and make over partly panelled Door / Grill door including removing the damaged mesh, fixing the new mesh with second class Teak wood beading or Aluminium frame work, cost of screws, nails, rawl plug, etc., all complete as per specification. [Note: Cost of frame work i.e., Steel or wood or aluminium, will be paid for separately under relevant item]

Replacing the damaged double action floor spring by providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of "HARDWYN" or "GODREJ" or approved equivalent make with ISI mark, pivoding and all other arrangements including removing the old floor spring, handed over to departmental store, SS cover plates with brass pivots & other necessary accessories required for the work to facilitate smooth operation of the door shutter etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of EPs, Structural Steel work and pipe sleeves etc., at all lifts comprising MS angles, MS plates, tees flats, rounds, squares, other structural steel sections, pipe sleeves and pipes of various sizes, IS channels, IS beams, square rods, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting the exposed faces with 2 coats of metal coat PU finish paint of make MRF or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer with thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint as per manufacturer instructions, embedding with Cement concrete, etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedments for fixing the steel works.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel gate / Grill door / Balcony grills of required pattern and size comprising of MS square bars, MS flats, MS angles, etc., including cutting, bending, welding, fixing at door jamb / wall by embedding the holdfasts with CC 1:3:6 (or) providing and welding the hinges over EP's (or) fixing with anchor fasteners, plastering the damaged wall surface, finishing smooth to match with existing surface, painting the steel surface with 2 coats of metal coat PU finish paint of make MRF or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer with thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint as per manufacturer instructions, providing locking arrangements like aldrop, tower bolt, pad lock, etc., all complete as per specification. [Note: Rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangement if any required, providing locking arrangements and fixing. Only weight of steel will be measured for payment purpose. Rate for EP's and anchor fasteners if any required will be paid for separately under relevant item.]

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Structural Steel work in built up sections for gate, handrailing, trusses and framed work at all lifts comprising square / rectangular / Tubular hollow sections conforming to relevant IS standard of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to required shape for curved profile, hoisting, fixing in position at all lifts, embedding with cement concrete, painting the exposed faces with 2 coats of metal coat PU finish paint of make MRF or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer with thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint as per manufacturer instructions, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist, concrete embedment's and foundation bolts for fixing the steel works.]

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone flooring of 25mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat Cement using 20/10mm and below size hard broken stones including laying in panels, cement slurry, consolidation, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing Marble / Granite work gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, etc., including rubbing, curing, finishing, providing holes of required diameter, providing opening to fix counter basins, providing grooves wherever required, etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications. (Note: The marble/Granite stones slab shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.)

Granite - Ruby red/Jet Black (16 - 18mm thick)

Providing Half Round Edge Moulding to 16-18mm thick marble / Granite or 20mm thick Kota stone counters, vanities, sills, etc. including machine polishing the edges to give high gloss finish etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer - in – charge.

Supplying and fixing of Acoustical False Ceiling using 12.5mm thick Gypsum panels with seamless finish of size 1200x1800mm or approved size of make Anutone or other approved equivalent make and laid over grid system including fixing over grid of approved GI strut ceiling system for linear as well as curvilinear portion for all levels and all heights, providing cove light design and change levels as per drawings, providing suitable opening for mounting of lighting fixtures/ fittings and fire alarm system, provision for air-conditioning ducts, finishing the surface for seamless finish, scaffolding, painting the surface with two coats of premium emulsion paints of approved colour over a coat of primer, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including: a) The false ceiling system shall suspended on hot dipped GI channel grid in true horizontal level and grid module size of 600x600mm shall be comprising of : - i) The system shall rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI fully knurled Wall Channel with unequal flanges of 20 & 30mm and web of 25mm and 3.6mtr length made up of 0.55 mm thick GI sheet. The wall angle shall be fixed along the perimeter of wall/ partitions using plastic rawl plug/sleeves at 300 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. ii) Main Channel with equal flange of 15mm and web of 45mm and 3.6mtr length fully knurled channel made up of 0.8mm thick GI sheet shall be suspended from ceiling/soffit slab using suspender angle with unequal flanges of 25 & 10mm madeup of 0.55mm thick GI sheet with 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners. iii) Cross Channel with equal flanges of 15mm, web of 35mm and 20mm depth and 3.60mtr length shall be fastened to Main Channel at 400mm c/c using suitable fasteners. b) 12.50mm thick Gypsum panels of size 1200x1800mm or approved size shall be fixed over the GI strut channels system using approved fasteners. The tapered and square edges shall be jointed and finished to form a flush finish with recommended jointing compound and jointing tapes in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides. The surface shall be finished with two coats of premoum acrylic emulsion paint of approved colour and pattern using roller brush. c) The item includes cost of all material, labour, scaffolding, etc., and the work shall be executed through skilled manpower as per manufacturer's specification. d) The samples shall be got approved by the Engineer-In-Charge before making bulk order.

Providing and Fixing of False ceiling with Lay in Perforated metal ceiling System of Armstrong or approved equivalent make using 600x600mm Lay in tiles of pre coated galvanised steel in 0.5 mm thickness of approved colour with standard perforation of 2.5mm dia and open area of 16% with Soundtex acoustical fleece glued to the back of the tile, laid over grid system of make Armstrong suspension system or other approved system with 15mm wide T - section flanges having rotary stitching on the Main Runner suspended from the ceiling at required intervals including providing suitable opening for mounting of lighting fixtures & fittings, loud speakers, fire alarm system component and lighting system, also provision for Trap doors where ever required with necessary opening & locking arrangements for the accesses to air-conditioning Duct etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: i) Main runner shall be spaced at 1200mm centre securely fixed to the structural soffit using approved suspension system at maximum spacing of 1200mm and not more than 150mm from the spliced joint. The first and last suspension shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. ii) 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runner at 600mm centre to form 1200x600mm module and 600x600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees in burds mouth notches. Perimeter trim using wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centers. iii) The suspension system accessories of make Armstrong or other approved make consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with Vertical Hangers made of Galvanized steel of size 26 x 26 x 25 x 1.2mm with a GI coating of 80gsm, A pre Straightened Hanger wire of dia 2.65 mm of 1.8 m length with GI coating of 80gsm along with Adjustable hook clips of 0.8mm thick and galvanized spring steel for 2.68 mm. The adjustable clip shall also consists of 3.5 mm aquiline wire to be used with the main runner. iv) The work shall be executed with skilled manpower as per manufacturers specification.

Providing and fixing M10 expansion anchor fasteners of make Hilti or other approved make in RCC/ brick masonry at all lifts including drilling hole using hammer drilling or diamond core drilling, cleaning the hole using hand pump for blowing out dust, setting the anchor in position, checking the anchor setting, fixing the steel members with approved thickness of washer and nut, checking the installation, etc., complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M10 x 153 stud anchor with effective anchorage depth of 80mm of make Hilti [HSA-R-(SS316)] or other approved make for RCC members.

Supplying and fixing roofing with 10mm thick multi wall compact type poly carbonate sheets of approved colours of make Tuflite or other approved equivalent make fixed over the frame work of MS tubular truss at all lifts including necessary arrangements for rain water gutter, fixing the sheets with Aluminium extrusion (with self drilling screws) rubber beading with sealers for all fixings, etc., all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Tubular truss shall be paid for separately under relevant item)

Providing and fixing cold rolled colour coated Galvalume steel profile sheets for roofing and cladding using sheet of 0.47mm base thickness 550Mpa yield stress (ASTM A792m) with coating class AZM 150 (minimum 150 gram/Sq.m total mass zinc aluminium coating of both sides as per relevant standards) of make JSW / Bhushan / TATA to suit a purlins spacing of 1.5 mts c/c including the cost of providing ridge gutter edge profiles, cost of making crimps for curved surface, fixing over purlins, making etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. Note: 1) The sample of Galvalume steel sheet shall be got approved by the Engineer-in- charge before making bulk order. 2) The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 mm X 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm dia with Bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in Horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Supplying and fixing of 50mm thick Glasswool Insulation with 24Kg/Cum density fixed under the roofing sheet supported by using 75x75x1.6mm GI weld mesh including cost of weld mesh of approved size and glass wool, fixing the weld mesh, placing the glasswool, scaffolding, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications.

Providing and laying of Cusion vinyl flooring 2mm thick of make "Krayons of wonder floor" or other approved make of approved shade and pattern, laid with suitable adhesive or as per manufactures instructions including transportation, laying etc., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and fixing White ceramic steel writing board of required size of make Schoolneeds or Corporate Concepts or Alkosign made from ceramic steel framed in double sided curved anodized aluminium section with chromium plated plastic corners with aesthetic chromium plated metal backed with GI sheet including concealed clamps at back side for wall mouting, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering the ceiling / exposed surfaces of concrete with CM 1:3; 6mm thick to make the surface uniform, free from undulations and imperfections including hacking pock marking of surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, curing at all lifts etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on internal faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its external faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Supplying and fixing in position of Alkali resistance Glass fibre mesh (4-5mm square aperture with 145 gsm) over the joints of RCC and Brick work with cement paste before plastering as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to the wall and ceiling cracks by cutting 'V' shaped grooves and filling with crack seal compound of make Asian (Smart care crack seal) or other approved crack seal compounds including cleaning the grooves treat the crack with primer, apply two coats of crack seal using spatulla or putty knife, finishing the surface, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting all internal faces of walls / ceiling plastered surfaces with two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces, applying the primer coat, scaffolding, etc., all complete at all lifts as per specifications.

Painting all internal faces of walls / ceiling plastered surfaces with two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Stain proof) / Berger (Easy clean) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping the existing white wash / colour wash using scrapping machine with dust free vacuum collection system, cleaning the existing white wash/colour wash area, roughening the surface, washing the area thoroughly with lime and soda mix or other approved chemical using high pressure washer, preparing the surface dust free for applying the primer coat, applying approved make wall care putty to make surface smooth without porous by using putty knife and sand papers, the dust accumulated during scrapping shall be collected in appropriate dust bin collector / equipment and disposed with in an initial lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast plaster / plain plaster with Two Coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of makeAsian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Anti dustt weather coat) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler and including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, curing, scaffolding at all lifts, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing.

Painting over Plain Plaster at all lifts.

Painting internal wall with Kids World theme 3D effect of approved design as detailed below including preparation of surfaces by applying the primer coat, applying one or more coats of approved make wall care putty, making surface smooth without porous by sanding, applying two coats of acrylic premium internal emulsion (Luxury emulsion), making hand art of approved theme/drawings finishing the art/painting, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- 1) Preparing the surface and applying one coat of internal professional primer of make Asian or Berger or other approved equivalent make. 2) Applying one or more coats of approved make wall care putty, making surface smooth without porous by sanding, removing the dust, making surface ready for applying top coat. 3) Applying two coats of painting using Premium Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian or Berger other approved equivalent make of approved shade. Colour and design shall be as per approved concept/ theme. 4) Hand art painting of approved Kids world theme as per design like - Bird time stories, Jurassic, The fishing trap, Desert Safari, Battle in the sky, slam sunk, Fun at Circus, etc., 5) Painting with one or more coat of luxury emulsion paint of make Asian or Berger or other approved make using suitable brush, cotton or roller as per manufacturer instructions. 6) After completion of drawing one coat of clear varnish shall be applied over entered painting/art area and cleaning the floor and other furniture's surface etc. Note : The painting shall be done with specialised manpower as per manufacturer specification.

Painting for wood work with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make including preparing the surface for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing, applying wood filler, wood putty, making surface smooth, etc., as per specifications.

Painting doors, windows and grills with two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint of Asian or other approved make and colour at all lifts including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, preparing the surfaces for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing applying wood filler etc., as per specification.

Supply and installation of a self-standing, washable artificial Ficus/Banyan FRP tree with a height of up to 2.7 meters, a spread diameter of 3.0 meters, and a trunk diameter of 0.50 meters of approved colour and make Green house or other approved equivalent make with detachable tree branches, leaves of approved colour of tree trunk, branches and leaves, including transportation, erection, and fixing of the tree in the designated position, all as per the manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position of white glazed vitreous Chinaware Kids European type water closet comprising of: i) Colour glazed vitreous chinaware Kids European Water Closet of "Hindware (PONCHO)" or approved equivalent make including fixing with necessary plugs, screws and packing the joints with cement mortar 1:1, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed. ii) Colour Solid Anti-microbial seat cover of "Hindware (PONCHO)" or approved equivalent make including fixing. iii) High level/Low level polymer Dual flushing cistern of 3/6 litres capacity of make "PARRYWARE model SLIMLINE" or approved equivalent make conforming to IS: 7231 including fixing cistern, connecting the cistern and closet with Flush bends, cup bush washer, WC pan connectors, etc.

Providing and fixing in position best vitreous Colour glazed vitreous Kids series chinaware wash basin of "Hindware (PONCHO)" with half pedestal or approved equivalent make fixed with Multi purpose rag bolt including providing 32mm heavy quality Brass waste coupling, 32mm PTMT Bottle trap and 15mm heavy quality C.P. Brass Pillar cock with auto closing system of make 'Jaguar' (Pressmatic Series) or approved equivalent. Note: (i) Tenderer shall note that the cost quoted shall be inclusive of all materials like wash basin, waste coupling, pillar cock, Bottle trap, nails, screws and plugs which are necessary for fixing including cost of labour. (ii) Quality, colour and make for all the above items shall be got approved before making bulk order.

Providing and laying factory made precast Kerb stone of M-20 grade cement concrete of size 100mm thick & 500mm ± 50mm depth with suitable interlocking arrangement, top chamfering of size 50x70 mm or as approved size including excavation, conveying, laying the precast kerb blocks in position to the required line, level and curvature, making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), jointing / pointing the joints with cement mortar 1:3, refilling the sides, compacting, making drainage opening wherever required, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed. (Note: Length of finished Kerb edging shall be measured for payment and Precast kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge prefabricated cement concrete interlocking Solid / perforated paver block of M-30 grade made by table vibratory method using PU moulded with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design, shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand including cost of sand filling, levelling with required slope, ramming the surface, watering, consolidation using vibratory earth rammers, filling the joints with sand, cleaning, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, removal of rubbish, providing 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the Department free of cost)

Polishing the existing cudappah/kota stone for Kitchen platform, window sill etc., at all lifts with one coat of wax polishing of approved make and colour including preparation of surfaces by scrapping with suitable tools or suitable grade of sand paper, cleaning the surface dust free for applying the polish, disposing the scrapped debris, cost of all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Cleaning the existing stained vitrified/ceramic tile/granite floor surfaces at all lifts by washing the entire floor/wall area using hydrochloric acid of 30% concentration, soap oil, washing powder, etc. without damaging the tiles including the cost of hydrochloric acid, soap oil, washing powder, cleaning the dust/debris/smoke, removing cobwebs, washing throughly the tile surfaces, cleaning the wall, ceiling, joineries disposing the debris away from the site within a lead of 100 metres etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling Reinforced cement concrete at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Brick work in cement mortar at all lifts including clearing and depositing the debris within a distance of 100 metres all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old plastering / skirting including raking out the joints, cleaning the surface for plastering, disposal of debris within a initial lead of 50m, etc., all complete.

Labour charges for removing the existing PVC Flooring at all lifts including clearing and depositing all debris with in a distance of 100 meters, removable PVC material in good condition shall be handed over to Civil maintenance section etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of ceramic sanitaryware such as Wash basin, EWC, etc., of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling GI/Polycorbonate/Galvalume sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material at GSO Maintenance store, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
